I farmed/merchanted for my full NV2 armor during the previous 2x just to have it become average with this update...

I mean, its not like I only created/invested into my character for the sake of farming one or two particular instances. The only ones I really feel for are those who cannot attend the NWs easily (Timezone), the Lower levels (DQ nerf is terrible) and to an extent, the goal-oriented players.

But, hey! they never did anything to improve so again in the future when all the ppl who work hard to get better gear finaly gets some recasted warsoul and they (the nuubs) only have g15 they are going to QQ again about warsoul and that archers/Psys/Wiz can kill much easier in NW and whatever... you know what i mean, they are never gonna be happy, they always have an excuse to QQ about how unfair this game is...

I hope people would really open their eyes and take a wider look to the effects this expansion will bring in.

I already have posted here before several notes and I cannot understand how people can so blindly just ignore them.

1. Economy

Don't come to say at me that I'm a T3 barb QQing for my gear value loss - I am not. Still I can feel the pain of the players who DID work for their gear. I have worked on mine. It is not Nirvana but it is something I have spent time farming with, and I am proud of it.
Non-CSers DO suffer from this expansion. TT is already worthless and mats don't sell, vana is killed (on RT at least), base trials are worthless... What next? Farm Lunar and Warsong? That COSTS if you play as a barb.

You tell me to go NW? Sorry, no. Timing is at late night and I CANNOT mess with my sleep every weekend.

Farm mats? With what droprate?? With barbarian class? No thank you, I liked to pull in Delta instead for decent coinage or farm low lvl DQ when it still had value.

Seems my only option left is merchanting and hoping a good price as BH reward.

Not to mention my low lvl alts below 80. Hopeless.

2. New players

No chances to survive from skill and gear costs above 50+ without higher level. Players will quit.

3. Players who WON'T enjoy NW

I do PK at times and I have nothing against PK events in general but NW is not my cup of tea.

4. Players who possibly liked Nirvana and Base Trials... also now dead delta

I really LOVED full delta.. now it feels pointless. No coin reward. Sadly.

I am not raging or "QQing". I am pointing out some facts, and I am disappointed. That is all.

you people keep showing that poll, without mentioning the 50% people who appreciate the update.
nirvana was a flawed system, caster nirvana was implemented as a fix, but over a year after aps people had ruled vana. the caster vana talisman exploit was also "fixed" so people can only do a few runs per day. and the talis expire in 24 hours so cant save up like the keys. 1 talis free for casters a day, while the rest take work to get, as compared to the 3 keys a day. the aps people still had the huge advantage. as a 5.0 archer, i wasnt even able to get into aps squads, because sins and bms do exponentially more damage. the only regular vana squads i could find were the people with reject gear, not a single aps sin or bm to be found. these runs took longer to do then caster vana, with far less drops. so i switched to doing caster vana myself, but i wasnt able to get a talisman free every day. but still i managed to farm g16 vana gear. why this update is good is because of everyone who were originally in that "reject" classification, they will now be able to get gear for cheap and be back in the game. sorry to all the flawed system abusers who got screwed over. there was a time when everyone had equal npc gear, then equal tt 70 gear. this is just a comeback to the times of equality. the current r9 people will go r999, but that is a small piece of the population and everyone else will all get gear that will put them back into the equation.

Thank you pwi, you killed off nirvana, something that was long overdue, and also rebalanced the game for the rest of us

Has +10 vit stone price changed? Has DoD or DoT price changed? Has Cunk for socket price changed? Has the fact that R9 is ALWAYS max stat ALWAYS max socket changed? Has the fact it takes unknown reroll for NV to get max stat changed? Has the fact those who were buying your NV keys didnt need the gear anyway and just wanted the profit changed?

Lots of ppl not happy in this tread but so far the arugument that the Nirv market has crashed falles on deaf ears to the panda. Got any 2nd arugment?

Ya, in the 10 dollar bin after how long? G16 was just released not too long ago, yet people were just given a free upgrade to it. Guess I should go call my computer manufacturer and tell them to send me my free upgrade since I don't have the newest (or even remotely newest) model.

not only nirvana cash is crushed dude .... just imagine after 1 month and couple of NW runs from every one ... ANY ONE can get aps sin or bm which can solo TT and solo FC which will actually make TT mats sell for 10 k each and FC big room for 100 k .... the event it self not bad but the reward rate **** game ... many players worked for months and years for gears and wepons which now can be get in 1 week ... i have friend who was farming for so so long so he can R9 3rd cast his gear now after he spent raptures and canies cost of 4 billion coins r9 3rd cast is now so so cheap .... also for me i worked for so long on my gear and my g16 weapon but look now any one can u get it ... so actually every one pissed of and sad on the long time wasted also that game have nothing to farm now even delta coins are removed

You of all people should know that my main issue here is not the fact that the Nirv market has crashed. It's the fact that PW just handed out free gear to everyone for hardly any work at all.

As for the price of shards, sockets stones and chienkuns. Those prices will increase due to the higher demand for them caused by how easy it is to get better gear now.

Fuzz, what's the deal with a game without access to real challenging endgame goals for some, gear wise? What's left to accomplish for already transfered s3r9ers?

As for the market change, it doesn't change over night like the nirvana market did.
I'd say the nirvana market is still confused atleast on my server, some buying raps for 500k, some for 100k, some not even risking to bother as it may or may not even get down to 100k or lower.

I see new s3 nirvanas already who lacks any refs/shards, and in a few weeks, they WILL need shards or refines, its a fact, wheter it be endgame shards or the old flawless ones. The fact it may not have changed the other markets yet in 2 days may be cause people are holding back or are still working on base refines using mirages or even rerolling their gears as you stated yourself.
Maybe it's time to run nirvana and sell flawless gems eh?b:chuckle

Once that is done however, those with coin stocked up to use based on old prices, will start showing traces on the market I believe, the demand will surely increase and with demand comes a higher price.

Our server has yet to face more rewards, after that we'll see what happens during the week. Till then we can only speculate, and some will be negative, others stay positive.

here's my 5 cents:

personally i really enjoy the crash of nv....before this it was...yay 2x ...more mindless grind in nv...yey...so "happy" to spend countless hours in an instance full of lagg ...surrounded by shops everywhere RT...and a public wc full of just LF X for NV b:shocked

really before when 2x came i was...not again....my eyes hurt...more and more nv

at least now i can say hay look 2x...yey...what to do...hmmm....lunar tt aeu spiders even lg tm (with wygies) are worth now...so yes more diversity more fun...not just mindless grind/multiclient and bla bla.

the only downside in this is the peeps who worked hard to nv gear till now...but guess what ...u were on the firsts that got the 3d recast.....and since u already have it u might think working on those ornaments uve been avoiding (through nation wars warsoul mats)

so in general b:victory for nation wars (pls dont change it)

P.S. and yes i do have a 5 aps sin +10 for like a year now...but guess what im not complaining b:surrender

I think at the end of the day PWI HAD to do something (eg Harshlands was dead to everything except the usual instances) The effects arent fully realized and the options are to change things.

Were the Nirvana farmers happy with the game before. You logged in and did Nirvana over and over and over and over and over etc etc etc. Is THAT what you consider enjoyment? Or you did that only during 2x and didnt log in again. I think this thread is full of exaggeration, inuendo, assumption and guesses.

None of you csed to get gears wth no effort? None of you goon glitched to jump levels for no effort? None of you bought FC rooms, did crazy stone etc etc to get something for no effort?

But your angry because people like me (with real life - family - etc) who cant sit on the computer 10hrs a day getting something more easily?

But now that I suddenly have 370 cannies in my inventory that I didnt have a few days age, can someone tell me how I can go straight to t3 Nirvana? Appartanly all I have to do now is log in to NW and I become super OP.......what a load of garbage.

It takes 250 cannies to recast a piece of TT99 gear to second cast. It takes 30 badges to third cast it plus 2 million coin. Considering you can sell the extra 120 cannies for about 6 mil (at a low 50k a pop), that completely covers the cost of going to third cast. And if you don't already have TT99 gold yet then you really dont deserve to be given third cast because you haven't played long enough to truly understand the game mechanics or your own toon. Oh, there is the work to get the mold. 1/3 of them you get from doing Metal and Fire BH. So dont tell me you didnt just get third cast handed to you.

Edit: OK, I fogot to add in the cost of the essense of defense... yeah.. you will have to buy that with the next extasy card you get from BH if your not too lazy to do BH once in a while.
