    Not to cover for them, but a GM did come on after the servers were originally supposed to be up, and announced that there was a server shard issue that was going to delay the servers being online.

    They did not give a time frame when it would be up.

    A server shard issue is not really something you would discover on a test server, since it's more of a database corruption / connection issue.

    I do agree though, at this point, would be nice to at least get some sort of additional update as to the status of things.

    Having worked in the Gaming Industry I can vouch, 1st Hand, that there is ALWAYS someone 'official' who isn't doing a damn bit of coding, there, be it supervising, going on a pizza run, getting donuts, putting out fires.. whatever it might be.. there is a Person there just for PR too.. it's not unreasonable at ALL to expect to be updated, and by not doing so, they lower they credence when it comes to player trust, etc.

    We don't need communication about this.
    It doesn't make the server get back online any faster.
    It will be online when it will be online, with or without communication.

    There is NO need to attack me in that way. What I am saying is that the server will be down until they get it fixed....that is NOT the issue....BUT they COULD at least extend us the courtesy of letting us know SOMETHING instead of making us wait in the dark with no word whatsoever.
    And on a personal note, this is not a personal attack as such but for you to call others kids and go on to express your intolerance of peoples frustration seems to me to show a lack of maturity on YOUR part.

    2:09 am server time. One hour 9 minutes after servers were originally scheduled to be online.
