Seems you didn't read or understand mine. Unless your weapon is the same as mine r9 +12 it doesn't matter if you link your's or not. Don't expect others to bring Champagne to the party if you are only going to bring a bag of chips yourself.

Again you fail to grasp the concept of what others are.
We don't want fail sins that die left and right in BH Metal. We don't want to invite a Caster to pull mobs if they can't do it. Yes but your e-peen and ignorance doesn't grasp the concept that YOU might be the fail member of the squad.
You might have 5 squad members with lesser gear than yourself but are much better players and regardless of what weapon refines you have YOU are the weakest link.
It's PvE not rocket science and those who can't do BH's with an average squad are the ones that fail0 -

You clearly are incompetent if you need high refines to complete the BHs. There is not anything in any of them that requires high refines. You just require them because being over-geared absolutely does make up for your lack of skill, and you're projecting that on other people.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

For a bh warsong a guy world chat to get people so i get in squad we enter, we give him the mirage and go wait the ''10 minutes'' (i so wished they removed that time wait), i don't really check the time, but the cleric say at a moment that was more than 15 minutes for sure, we find out that the guy wasn't understand english at all, never open for warsong so he took the wrong option making everyone loose 20 minutes for nothing.
I don't care if people never done something but please please ask what option choose or what to do if you don't know it, people prefer someone who ask than someone who do randomly something without knowing what to do.
In caster people need to learn to dd properly and in sync, especially if you take a bm b:dirty. Casters sparking is all over the show, and no one really waits to sync sparks.
If they took out the waiting time for warsong, you can't do full warsong, b:bye b:bye g16 weapons and rank 9 new weapons. Have common chat enabled, if you see the gem lord dark thingy, see the white text, see a warning that monsters are appearing in 2 minutes. The right quest is started. Yeah, those sins that sharded citrine and have ~5k HP use a lot of skill to stand just far enough away from the boss to not get hit. I play 7 100+ toons, so I do BH100 7x a day. I see crappy gear sins die over and over on the boss in Metal. Skill or not; I don't like dealing with it. I don't like imposing them on an otherwise good squad. I gladly link weapon or other specs when people ask because I don't like being stuck with them and can appreciate a squad leader that cares (and who is also paying for and making the effort to make the squad).
The cocky ones I see bragging about their skills are the worst. One asked the Barb why he was tanking the new SoT boss while he derpapsed away at it during the buffs.

You fall into that category of sins that brag. I have a lot of experience playing this game, just calling it as I see it.Be kind: Help the GMs to depopulate the servers.0 -
Those sins that die from the aoe on warsong are the ones who don't know how to use their shield, or control aggro. That's not something you can tell from a weapon link. There are plenty of +10 weapon +3 gear sins out there. Nice try though.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Funny thing is, you are the one who's missing out yet you're the one trying to tell others how to play the game. Most players don't lock themself away with 7bh/d, or push others away from them with their high expectations.
The point is, a good part of life is not the just the end goal but the journey along the way. For most people in reference to bh they are, taking things to the limit and moving beyond the comfort zone, learning from your mistake when you go over your limit, making friends and having a laugh along they way, learning from pro players, teaching newbies the tricks of the trade, the unpredictable and unexpected adventure that pops out of nowhere etc.
My char passes the link your weap standards but no, I do not join such squade for the reasons mentioned above. As a matter of fact I had fun in abbandon the other day failing 4 time before we got it right. Most of us lack experience and 1/4 would not have pass the link your weap, and heres the funny bit, the 90x geared bm was the one tipping me and the rest on how to do the boss. For the time being, I have more fun 5 or 6 sparking with my so so deceide bm than my 1 spark +10 sin in abbandon.
The only justification and time a weapon's check is needed is in metal if the squade leader lack experience at forming a successful one. For the rest of the bh, as long as you have a tank and a healer, the rest are all good to me except rb which usually you need 2 aoe dd or 3 in some circumstances.0 -
I never go to BH squads that says "Link wep". It usually means someone will just spam the squad chat with commands how to play my class, cause he/she have +10 or +12 wep and that makes her/him best player in the known universe. Or there will be no reply, cause these days +4 is simply not enough and it's considered epic fail.
I'm mostly in random squads for BH, and now I have mostly +1 and +2 gear, with just a couple of HP shards, have 14k HP (101 barb) and if squad is patient to wait on skill cool down, nobody dies in Metal.
I don't get people who WC for like 30min, just to get that person with +10 or higher refine, when in that 30 min they could have finished BH and go back to doing thing they do best, be AFK somewhere in Arch.0 -
Just as silly as the Amp thing. As a demon veno your chance to find a good Nirvi squad is like 20%. Even although Sage Amp's damage increasing curse is 5% higher than the Demon's one. Even if there are Rank 9 +12 people or whatever in that squad, that doesn't cause any significant difference at all. People are narrow-minded.. You want nirvi? Get this, get that and then call me again. b:shutup[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

I remember one time getting booted from a 90-98 FCC that still had 2 free DD spots because the squad lead had found a BM with a +10 weapon. Here's the thing Bandit; I've only been bringing up BH metal as an example, and you enjoy failing. you're the kind we're trying to avoid, and you show is how well it works by not joining. You lacked courtesy to your squad by not learning what you should and shouldn't do before going in. Both BH SoT and Aba can be done super quick. When Assassins have a problem getting in squad for those BH's; what's wrong with some of them doing the under 20 sec method?

Ok now that is a truly stupid reason to have been kicked from squad. Thinking back to when I was 96 I feel like a noob because I had a +4 85 frost sword, and the 70 zerk axes, but back then there was no weapon linking required and you could find a frost squad and not have to buy a spot >>Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, and as it always has, rock crushes scissors.

My barb joins BH Aba today as second BH (crappy reward that might stack tomorrow or next day). Get boss down to ~1/4 HP after chomping down MP and Genie Fodd, and notice a bunch of derp attackers derping away while it's buffed. Boss regains almost all it's HP; my Barb dies, and squad leader actually asks why I left squad. -Did not reply.
The ones that are well equipped don't tend to be this insanely stupid, or ignorant.
Some people just wont learn. How long have we had Warsong and some people still pull runners first? I gave up on waiting for people to learn. The ones that fail just keep on failing over and over and waste my time and resources.

My first Delta squad the 102 barb was wearing a level 10 green helm, and I couldnt help but think, "OMG, this is gonna be fail", but I was delighted to find I was wrong.
The BM DC'd during Wave 5. The squad made it through Wave 8, but we wiped after pulling Wave 9. Everyone felt the squad would have completed it if the BM had managed to return to the game.
In comparison, Ive done Delta Wave 3 with all R8 and R9, and felt like we were barely going to complete Wave 3.
The moral of the story for me is that Skill is everything, and R9 may make you feel invincible or a few seconds faster, but to require it for a simple BH just screams "Im not sure if the other R9s have a clue, so you must be R9 too to be in our squad".
Either that or its just an extension of the same mentality that gets all excited over taking 5 seconds off a run.
In any case, I would rather have that 102 barb with the level 10 green helm over some random R9 barb in any squad I do, because I simply KNOW he knows what he is doing, and he has proven he didnt need R9 to stay alive in a tough instance.Oh carrots are devine, you get a dozen for a dime...its maaaa-gic! ~ Bugs Bunny0 -

Have finished Delta with 3 people. During a ~3 hour run; you gotta expect something to go wrong. The moral of the story for me is that Skill is everything, and R9 may make you feel invincible or a few seconds faster, but to require it for a simple BH just screams "Im not sure if the other R9s have a clue, so you must be R9 too to be in our squad".
If the BH was simple: people wouldn't be requesting. Most weapon link requests are for BH Metal because the boss hits harder the longer it lives.
Btw; R9 doesn't impress me that much: It's weak on defense compared to Nirvana.

As funny as it may sound, I enjoyed failing in also. Not the fact that me/some/everyone died, but just the fact the boss can actually kill ppl again. Reminded me off the old days, where Kong King and Eyes of the Krimson took some strategie of the squad. Talking about the update in general and not just bh, they brought back the need for "squad coordination", "skills" and "survivability". Yes, that comes with an occasional squad wipe from time to time, but I like there is some more challenging instances again. The ones that are well equipped don't tend to be this insanely stupid, or ignorant.
My experience is actually opposite. Among the fail players, the majority seems to have r9 or g15 weapons/armors. Here's the list of my last 3 bad encounters :
- A +12 5.0 (zerk, was really important for her) sin that blames my barb for not holding aggro on advanced metal boss, which is nearly impossible since he kicks the barb out of tigerform all the time...
- A semi-r9 (weap + plate + wrists) BM that couldn't pull mobs in metal because she didn't know what healing aggro was and she also didn't seem to have heard of marrows.
- A full-r9 archer that couldn't defend metal pavillion (4 tries).0
