The USA Servers is ok mostly.Try EU.Im on LoT and u cant even get descend help with anything.Consider not all wanna play sins specially me as they mostly unbalanced .If u dont have 4/5 aps sins you dont get invited.They would rather take sins than barbs.Now that some bosses are buffed the sins QQ as now they need barbs to tank.All they do whole day is power lvl im 83 barb now(again been retired for almost 2 years :X)Up untill now i only did 4fcc's and no zhen as that just fkd pwi up b:cry

i have heard ppl say this update could not be any worse but in lost city server its quiet nice.
only new server have this issue cos of sin mentaility in comunity but then its not the update in itself wish is wrong it is the player base who only make sins.

make barb in sin server and you become everyones hero lol

same for ep make ep in sin server and be the hero

it is odd to me how this being a MMO not singel computer game can have so much sins
and when it is given a real update on bosses wish should be hard is qq at.

i made my barb cos they are needed that whas almost 4 years ago on a much
healtier comunity and now i am once again feeling the need for tanks and healer

I have TT99 Pataka, clean - (freshly made and bound - go figure) that I just loooove to link randomly, and they every single time they go like: WTF? Go grind R8 - point Grace! b:laugh

I run around with quite common R8 +8 (2xSapph.Gems). I linked that one, without intention to get in Caster Nirvana actually. Guy sends me invite, I refuse and ask for his link. He had same refine but with Perfect shards. Ooow boooy did I flame him: "You dare ask for link with that nab weap? ... .. . .. ..."
I'm telling you guys, God sent us dumb ppl to make fun of them. Use that privilege.

I do, however, link my weapon to get into Nirvy squads and have never been turned down. I'll be the last to defend wcing for link for BHs, but I was in one caster where one DD had a Sensoid and another had a Purgatory. By the time we reached the last boss, I was kinda wishing the guy that formed the squad had required links. b:surrender

I was talking about BH's such as SoT and Abaddon and such not really GV. I have never seen anyone ask for people to link their weapon to run GV. As for power lvling toons I have to pass on that one. I actually prefer to learn to play my class and not go from 1 to 100 in 3 days then try to guess what I am doing.

Not at all...and that wasn't my point. I don't ask for weapon links for that exact reason. So many with a pretty nice weapon and everything else totally neglected. The point centered around weapons, but applies to all gear. I don't want to run with anyone who hasnt bothered to even try to upgrade their gear for the last 20~40 lvls. I'm sorry, but it doesn't cost that much to farm/buy some decent g12 gear and do something with it.
And I'm not harping for people to have 'the best' gear and refines. I sure don't myself. But there's a difference between someone who's upgrading their gear, doing refines and shards as they can and actually trying VS ones who settle for 60's and 80's gear simply because it has an interval stat on it (or w/e reason) and not bothering with anything else because people will drag them through their bh's anyway.

The Director of my faction asked to be PMed fash when he made a BH squad once (due to our making fun of weap link squads and refusing to join them). He got some amusing responses.

I was only speaking of ways to troll guys who ask for links. I usually don't agree with that way of making squad, but it's there! And I'll have fun with it b:cute

As far as asking for fash links goes... I'm so jealous right now. I should have thought of that b:chuckle This is definitely the way to go from now on.

On a side note, consider this:

-You're leading a busy life so you've cashed in.
-Your play time is limited.
-Low grade weapons really are significantly weaker.
-You do know that "Pro weapon doesn't mean pro player" but choose to take your chances.

-> Could these aprove ones decision to ask for link? And still be fair arguments both ways?

On the other hand - from my personal experience: Throughout past year of TT farming, I was secretly avoiding one psy and one veno. These guys had the worst gear ever. I mean the cheapest friggin 20 levels behind **** others would have trashed months ago. They were squeshee as ponies. I figured I'd better be quiet about it, as there were people who would have considered my gear cheap but never brought it up. So community helped me, I'll help others, rite Besides, you never know what tomorow will bring. However, I must admit that secretly I always felt like: "Ow ****, this guy again!

Now one is in full Lunar Nirvana, and the other wares r9. Due to recent inactivity, I'm still in my R8+TT90. Don't they kinda deserve to say "Ow ****, Grace again" when they see me? b:cute

I feel really sorry for anyone that takes a year playing the same toon hours a day to think they learned their class because the fails from ~4 years ago that still play the same class are generally still fail.

If it takes someone a year to learn their class than that is sad. As for taking the time to play I think there is more fun in questing and such more than just power leveling to the top since a lot of high level players always say they are bored.

Its the fallout of sending everyone to lvl 100 without anything in between and the extreme overpowerness of gears to do the same task. This makes it too easy so unskilled players thrive in such an environment, while skilled players either lose motivations to do well and be their best or simply look for challanges and competitions else where.

Now... you have too many people which we obviously notice struggle with things such as the recent patch such as the 2 new boss. In the first year or 2, people have fun with things like the new boss, but now people are complaining.

Some people are really intolerant, this is a world wide game.

- Covering a multitude of languages spoken, so English is a 2nd or 3rd language. Comprehension of text may not be as fast.
- Age from rather young to Senior citizens, with variable computer skills as well as keyboard skills either due to age or health issues.
- Time issues, it is not exactly the most 'alert' time, when in a Dungeon at 4am in the morning, or after a very long work day. After hours at school followed by hours of study at home.

- The whole of internet game playing is not the sole domain of those, that got their 'Space Invader' Diploma at a computer 24/7.

Please give a little space & tolerance for some not quite so fast as others.

None of that has anything to do with weapon linking. Demanding someone link their weapon means you want a person with a certain level of gear in your squad. If you don't have that level of gear yourself, you don't have a leg to stand on to demand it from others.

And if there is something that prevents you from understanding text as fast, say something. Nothing is worse than someone not saying anything and having everyone fail. I have had an eu fail 3-4 times before the person admitted they didn't know what they were doing and it was their first time there. This is AFTER I asked if anyone needed any help. Or if it was anyone's first time. Nobody expects you to be a pro at something you haven't done before. They do expect you to be honest about what you can and can't do.

This is especially hurtful in things like aeu, where not saying anything can result in the instance glitching and not being able to be reset. People lose their chance to do it, and they can't get it back for an entire week.

My comment was in answer to some of the statements above mine, that seemed to be about players skills ( including Gears & weapons ).

I will only point out two cases, unrelated to BH Aba, but to vana and full delta.

Case 1: Squad, 4 sins, 2 bm, r8 weapons, g13 weapons, +4~+6 refine. Total run time 8 minutes. No deaths, everyone had fun.

Squad 2, 4 sins, 2bm. Apparently everyone knew each other except me, no problem. 2 r9 sins, +10, 4 aps. The other 2 sins had +10 weapons as well. BM had +8 Striking dragons. I had +5 deicides. 4 deaths in squad (all sinsb:cute). Run time, 14 minutes.

Difference between 2 squads, first squad everyone worked together, used all different debuffs and worked out. Latter squad, people thought, spark, auto attack would be enough. "Oh i died LOL...." b:shutup.

Case 2: person in wc lf a bm for full delta. Having done countless spawn and eye delta, i pm him. Probability of getting fail random squads for delta is low, and you know by 2nd,3rd wave. He asks me to link my axes b:sad. I link tt99 gold, +3 refine. He said no ty. That surprised me, i asked him what he was looking for in a bm? He said min +7 refine on weapon. That got us talking and i posed the question, whom would he choose between a person that has all demon/sage aoe skills but low refine weapon, and someone who only has weapon but skills are not lvled to 11. He said the bm with skills that are lvled b:surrender. I asked him, how would he ever find that out? He stopped talking afterwards. That was insane, and later he sends pm, asking me to join because they couldn't find a bm, i refused.

Another full delta squad showed me how useful barbs are in delta. I was worried we had no constant aoe, like wizzy, seeker. Had 2 bms, a sin, veno, cleric, barb. That delta was the quickest one we ever did. Barb was hitting 100k~400k. All because sub sea, hf, gs, amp were timed together with arma. Waves down in one shot. Other barbs, whether they were OP or not, did not do such things. We had awesome fun. It's only a matter of how people play. Most barbs go in, use alpha male and run back and just use their paws to whack around the mobs.

In short, people who ask for linking things, must be avoided at all costs.

For someone who want or expect people to be tolerant, I find it ironic and disgusting that you would lable and name call certain players as having their "space invader Diploma at a computer 24/7".

On one hand, I do find the line funny and would apreciate reading it in the "you know you are addicted thread", but to make such a comment in a serious post is of bad tast and wrong.

If you have a problem with peoples opinions, have your say and point out their mistake if any, but is there any reasons to make inacurate comment and unnecessarily put people in an unfavorable position before hand?

I hate when people do something for the first time but they don't say it, i got it more in caster, where the person never open before and beside ask which npc, they randomly pick one and always the wrong one, for some people a key wasted is nothing but some people are low in keys it is. (in 2x times i can tell you i loose more than 5-10 keys each days cause of that)

For a bh warsong a guy world chat to get people so i get in squad we enter, we give him the mirage and go wait the ''10 minutes'' (i so wished they removed that time wait), i don't really check the time, but the cleric say at a moment that was more than 15 minutes for sure, we find out that the guy wasn't understand english at all, never open for warsong so he took the wrong option making everyone loose 20 minutes for nothing.

I don't care if people never done something but please please ask what option choose or what to do if you don't know it, people prefer someone who ask than someone who do randomly something without knowing what to do.

The only reason why some people ask for weapon link its because you can't link your own "skills" as a player.
Some people are plain stupid anyway,if they want someone good geared they should ask both weapon and max Hp/Def.Level

they really should ask for link armor lol most of the noobs i see wish once open a time soloed those bosses hade sht refine on armor.

+4 and dare act all high and mighty to ask for weapon when they are neglecting there gear...

hehe on gear alone wish is all +10 by the way cos i am barb and it used to be in the old days a good thing to have good hp for tanking

what would happen with all of these nubs if the game reseted to old style with low refine on gear +3 star weapon

how many of them would survive


on a side note i never did test it but how was doing delta as a lv85 in the old days

Unless you have r9 +12 don't ask me to link my weapon because once you step over that line I will expect your weapon to be as good as mine or GTFO.
