A lot of the OP people on RT are llamas like that... I don't really care so much about other peoples' gear in my squads other than I hope the cleric lives so I don't get charm ***** too badly in AEU... There was 4.4k hp cleric in one squad. Amazingly she did better than some other clerics.

But most people want OP squads for speed. Bleh.

They are just lame. I had in squad a sin with R8 just 2.00 aps and she almost solo all SOT because the cleric was a fail at heals. We dont need R9 people we need pro people who can play good with the character. But R9 for Bh is just lame.

That is my point to. I want pro people not R9 people. And the people who ask for such high gear are not at all pro , trust me. Yestarday a barb was like "I want R9 for Delta W2" and i say OMG really? And when I look on his items he had TT80 at lvl 102. They just ask for R9 so they can do BH on others back. I dont have a problem because of me, i am tanker, I do pretty good, I have a 5 aps bm and a R8 cleric but my friends who are very pro with they characters cant find a squad for BH and wc like crazy for people. They dont have R8 or R9 but when i squad them I never ever die because they know how to play. I seen to may venos who dont purge, to many clerics that they think they are DD and to many bm that dont HF. Those are fail ones!

I saw some of these on Sanc a few days ago.

They are a bunch of lazy nublets that wanna do their stuff in secs rather than actually have fun and enjoy the game and then get bored and complain that there isn't anything left to do later.

I'll ask for weapon link about half the time. Tired of getting Lvl 60 +0-2 equips on Lvl 100+ toons, or +0-2 Morai weapons on healers. If you want charity: beg on streets.

I don't expect R9, etc.. I expect a non mooch-bag build that isn't just there too mooch off others' work, and compromise their chance at reward.

It takes longer and cost more to find decent geared players for squad. You can't blame people if the extra cost / time is worth it.

I think you are optimistic here. The main reason for these ridiculous demands is simply because ppl got no idea about the boss or their own class. From my experience, it's mainly the OP-geared ppl that got no idea of what bosses do.

Some examples :
- There is still this full r9 sin with 20k'ish hp buffed, that is spreading around that the new bh aba/seat bosses are easy if you spam skills, i.e. doesn't even know what is the real "hard part" about the new bosses that makes the sins QQ.
- There is this silly argue somewhere on forums about phys def and the bleed damage, i.e. doesn't know how the bleed works.
- In random squads, my cleric gets asked to BB because the boss can 1shot ppl, i.e. ppl don't even know the bleed won't be reduced by bb.
- There are tons of wc that need a veno, i.e. they don't know how the "heal" works.

And those are only related to the new bh aba/seat bosses. I could make an infinate lists of stupidity I see on my server (like recently a r9 bm from major TW faction that doesn't know about healing aggro in metal). But yeah, you are kinda right also I suppose : many ppl love an easy and fast run even if with preparations that run actually takes 5x longer then doing it with just any squad.

It seems to me that the changes that were meant to make more classes desired in BH have backfired. While Barbs are now in high demand, it is nearly impossible for my R8 wizzy to get into them. It's almost as bad as Nirvy. I guess many don't realize that I can attack the whole time. I don't have to back off during the heal buff, as long as the tank is holding aggro well. The one time I did get an SOT squad, the cleric BB'd and I had to demon wizzy heal the barb during the bleed to keep him alive and prevent a squad wipe - a fact I'm sure no one in the squad even noticed.

Well that's how it used to be back in the old days.

You had Barb and Cleric. The rest were DDs. And back then they weren't even judged based on gear or class, but their level.

People asking for weapon links in my experience are just looking to tag along on the coattails of someone else. More often than not, the person asking for a well geared, r9, etc has tt90/tt99 gear. Before all this bh and stuffs, people would farm hard instances with the gear they had and not worry about who had OP gear.

I either ignore wc's asking for a weapon link, link a lower weapon, or just say it's good enough. I'll get ignored alot, but those that turn me down turn down r9. Sucks to be them.

If the seeker is high str build with little to no vit 7k is a normal number for gear at around +5 or less refines. I see a number of 100+ seekers on my server with LESS than 5k hp. Stop criticizing people when you don't even know what all the facts are. Besides unless he's trying to tank a few bosses there isn't a PvE situation for a seeker that he would need more than 7k hp.

7K HP seems like the HP on a seeker without shards, tomes or even refines at all. You get more HP from full TT99 HA set . Is it decent HP? Not really. You do not even need to use G16 or R9 to have at least 8k HP with decent amount of refines, like +4 with a few immac citrines.

Thats what I do, I went and bought a Level 1 weapon and link with the phrase "I R PRO" after it. If everyone did this perhaps these losers would get the message in a year or two

Depends on if they have vit in their build. Your theory of 7k hp requires the seeker to have at least 150 points devoted into vit. Not everyone puts vit into their toon (for one reason or another)

Most--Not all seekers-- have 3 points of vit- so to get 7k HP theyd have to refine amd shard a bit.

Besides that, you have no idea how long that person has been 100. Gear takes time to obtain, refine, and shard. Not everyone can afford to even have t99 right off the bat. I don't know how much as seeker would have in the 95 morai gear for example, but they wouldn't be terrible in that gear until they got better gear.

Its like the people forming squad for nirvana and just taking people 4-5 aps, you will always see people making squad R9 or aps, but its not everyone one.

To be honest the only stupid thing is when people ask the cleric to link the weapon for bh... they look like to think the talent go with the weapon.

Well THAT I can understand. I'm sorry but there is NO reason a cleric should be using a Morai weapon AT ALL.

Since obviously you didn't read my post the first time.

You have no idea what build that seeker is. Alot of seekers put nothing into VIT because they want to DD as much as possible not be a backup or primary tank.
