I wonder if MAYBE they would actually do something if people started CALLING them, since it would be a little harder to ignore phone calls than how easy it IS to ignore the forums!
Maybe we should all start calling and voicing our complaints (although ofc when you call them at their number listed at the BBB it says 'for customer support please submit a ticket, what a joke!)

I know and understand that, but I did find it odd that I found two addresses for them. Which means one of two things: yes, they have two office locations in CA, or that some of the information is not up to date (IE they moved/relocated)...
Also it is PATHETIC for a company like this to not have an EASY TO FIND PUBLIC phone number for US, the CUSTOMERS

If you were a nut job and they just closed a game where a ton of your money was invested. And you wanted to attempt some kind of like suicidal attack on the company... you wouldn't know which to go to... as well as yes it could be outdated.
And maybe there is a reason they don't want their phones blown up with no offense to some... idiots complaining about something when they have more important things to deal with.

There is NO excuse for not having a PUBLIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT phone number for a game like this. I cannot mention names, but there's a company out there (A WELL known one) that carries the name of a winter storm that has public phone numbers. ALL "GOOD" companies have easy to locate PUBLIC phone numbers. The fact that PWE does not, well, proves that they are shady!0 -

I'm sure the staff has more things they have to accomplish each day then that. They have the support section via internet because most of the questions have already been answered and can be found there. That is only because they aren't even licensed with the BBB if you would read it. Sighs...at least get your information correct before spewing your nonsense...

Factors that lowered Perfect World Entertainment's rating include:

I don't but at the same time I can see from their point of view working in an office and doing about 10 different jobs in a day. You can only do so much. :P

This is one of the most important things I look for when spending money online. What is their contact information in the case something goes wrong. If they don't have adequate contact info, I don't spend money there.
Also I think a big difference between you and PWE is they are publicly traded. Are you?0 -

Sorry you are incorrect. BBB accreditation has nothing to do with rating.
Here is a prime example (of a non competitor [not another game]):

They are not BBB accredited, and have 50 (more than double PWE's 20) complaints, and yet they STILL receive an A+ rating0 -
This is just pathetic all this is doing is harming PWE's business.
They are only endorsing people to cheat, glitch, and break tos in whatever way they possibly can so long as PWE is able to make money out of it in the long run (the gooners end up hitting 101+ and need to buy R9 + other stuff)
