Upcoming New Skill Info (more details)

I was able to get my hands on mostly complete archer skill data straight from the chinese client which includes the actual cast / cooldown times etc. Thank god none of them are 15minute BS cooldown. You get the skills from doing contribution quests for each of 3 factions, the Order of Corona, the Order of Shroud, and the Order of Luminance. Eventually you can get all the skills
