Look this, just three territories,
A guild can not take all the land, so there will be more likely than small guilds can have fun and not a tws lasting 4 or 3 minutes, to avoid this problem. a guild "powerful"(Valk) cant take all terrtorios and eventually be strengthened and it is impossible to beat unless you are the big guilds go to attack they..
avefenix, marine and other fac interesing can take territores.

I mean is not like u guys gona lose the land, it belongs to ur factions u guys can take it back when ever u want( in 5 min actually b:surrender ), as long as the other 3 top faction dont bid on it, and if an OP faction takes over, belive us we be the firts to let u know guys..
But decition is up to the top Faction Leaders and Oficials. to make it legit on next weeks bid0 -
I think what frandaniel17 is suggesting in his post & image is that the proposed lands Not be adjacent to each other. This would keep the "smaller" TWs to a simple Attack or Defense event. This looks like it would guarentee 4 of these battles each week. This would also allow each land holding faction to support the event equally. The number of lands available would still be 4.
The original Major factions could keep an eye on their allocated lands. They would have the ability to reclaim the land if required. They could also reallocate the lands into 2 sections with adjacent lands or 1 section of 4 adjacent lands later if it would improve the program.
Pros:
1) Allows for 8 factions to participate each week on 4 lands.
2) Keeps a larger sized "smaller" faction from controlling all 4 areas.
3) Each Major Land Holding faction could share equally in supporting the program.
4) These "smaller" factions could concentrate on tactics for attack and defense one time per week. This actually looks good as they don't have the extra resource drain of multiple TWs on a weekend and reduces the manpower requirements for the smaller starting factions.
5) This program could be started with the support of only one Major Land Holding faction.
6) Controlling only one land would assit "smaller" factions in growing their faction and moving up to compete with the major TW factions.
Cons:
1) Each of the 4 Major Land Holding factions would have to agree to support the program and allocate one non-adjacent land for a full program.
2) Levi or Vertu might have an issue with a faction like Valk adjacent to them and allowing someone like Valk to rebuild and train next door. (There are several other factions with sizable rosters who currently don't TW and who wouldn't take long to get there.)
3) As Land Holder factions land count changes, it becomes more difficult to obtain a complete agreement.
I think this is a good suggestion. It also represents an alternative to the original proposal by Man on the territories to use if Man and Nuff can't reach agreement on the initial proposal. Gentlemen, if you have any issues, please, post them here for resolution if you would. I thank you for the efforts here and lack of trolling.
I'm an "interested party" and will say that my faction would be hard pressed against some of the competition possible if this happens. However, I think that this is a good idea and volunteer as a mediator to see if we can't get this done. I offer the use of the Marine Vent as a neutural meeting site if you would like discuss this verbally.
There are many good thoughts posted here and this shows that Raging Tide can work together for the good of the server's members. I look forward to more posts from other interested faction officers. b:thanks0 -
News Update:
Nuff_Said and Vici have agreed to the original program with their making 2 lands available along with Man at QQme doing the same. We are now waiting for Man with QQme to agree so we can start the program.

i think i would have to speak for all of Bware on this one that i agree with mostly alll that ive read i just scammed through but got the point!! we all love tws but 12-20min tws vs vertu/levi get frustrating sometimes lol but all are worth it small faction tws will give people a chance and get the hang of it and most importantly have fun GL with this and ill be checking back in for more info

Interesting thread.
Fist of, let me say I support this idea, always did, always will be.
However that white gooey looking stuff on the map I posted link of, is why I don't trust a thing "Man" has to say.

Evidently, tendency to conquer every land and cutting off every faction on the map from each other is a way of saying "we want smaller factions to have fun".
Now my suggestion at this point in time to all of you that want to have balanced TW's:
-Unite, drop "i wanna be lead" mentality, find some common ground with other factions and merge.
-Leviathan and Vertu are both very nice and fun factions who will not trash talk you or offend you if you chose to attack them. They 2 enjoy a good fight.
-under no circumstance attack QQmu, you'll regret it. ...might eave get categorized as vicious allies, not to mention trash talked to death.
-dont let others tell you are pro/sexy/pretty... just be that!
And what is sad here is said by a genuine server underdog. I liked a good challenge and thus stayed in weaker factions that challenged "big dogs" for the most part of my pwi gameplay. However, I ended up joining the "resistance" with bunch of my friend.
Let me just say that initially it was just another faction, like any of you guys, wanting to have some TW fun, but thees days people perceive Vicious as those that keep QQme at bay, so history does not repeat itself. I must say this is far from the truth tho.
Vicious is attacking QQme week after week because it gives us 3h TW.
3h TW = fun!
Vicious people like FUN!
Simple as that.

Funny how one of the main advocates for this "program" has now become unable to be reached. I have spoken with AveFenix on 2 separate occasions confirming that Vicious would agree to drop 2 lands.
At this point, Vicious has decided to hold off until QQme drops land first since they are so hard to reach nowadays..."I'm the best ever. Wow Aasimar that is a sexy map! I'm glad you got a screenshot because i never, are you sure we didn't have more land than that? So Aasimar did people have good tws on that map? Yes they did, i think Levi and Vertu and good ones and Murr and other factions, and QQme and vicious. Oh wait, i thought with map reset Vicious was wiped off the map at that point? Is this screenshot a few weeks before reset?

I'm going to go ahead and say, I don't agree with giving up lands to anyone. If you want to make a name for yourself, fight for it. Every single faction on the map has fought for their spot so..just no thank you.
If anything, I think we should give up 1 land and bichuos could give up another. Let's say The Fissure and Buried Bones. I don't think giving up freebies is the way to go and giving up 4 lands for that matter is a dumb idea. b:bye good day

Need to get the agreement of Vertu / Levi. Or the commitment anyway.

Cody, Im on vent with hero as I type this and he is okay with it. Although I don't see how giving up four lands in the bottom of the map really has too much of an effect on us we do appreciate you asking for our input. Were excited to see the smaller factions be able to have fair fun TWs again but ultimately it's your land so we leave the decision in the hands of you and Nuff.

4 touching lands is the way to go...some1 should talk with Valk's leader i dont really think they should be part of this....i cant speak for the whole faction but i rather the challenge of going against Vertu or Levi..

U are right Sr. on pointing this out as we mention before is not the land we are interested in, its just TW fun.
Small faction are not demanding them to give them up, they can have it back when ever they need it.
We are asking the top faction to give us a break to TW on there own lands,
We gona respect what ever decition they take on this matter cuz is 100% up to them.

Sooo, Zav, since you know everything that goes on in Vicious, care to explain more on your examples? Like the **** talking part for example, no one talked ****, the fact is, it was mentioned that "Retto will join QQme in the next week or so lol". Now, from what I've noticed, sir, that wasn't a bad assumption was it? My honest opinion here is that said person knew they wanted to try QQme and felt somewhat bad about the decision, considering their history with them. Also, saying that was just some way of not feeling bad about it xD

The big epeen they have just couldn't talk the pain of knowing that no matter how op you are, you can't start drama and expect people to take your **** as a result.
I'm going to point out that if we were desperate for people, and allowed that drama bs, we wouldn't have kicked those people, but we aren't. QQme on the other hand, quickly gobbled them up. Bypassing your application system for them and all just for the extra help in tw. Talk about hypocrisy.
