With respect, Vicious was formed ( and i quote directly from a high vicious officer) "to prevent 1 faction from owning it all on the server: TW, tourney apoth etc" Vicious has a policy where everyone is entitled to make apoth (that can only be made) on our lands, we try to keep the TW map multi-coloured by our bidding policy where we could attack a weaker faction each weak and increase our land count , instead we TW against an oponent where victory is at best uncertain. It is good TW and not 'land' that matters to Vicious. These are our 'common goals' as u say. I dont hate QQme, on the contrary i have a lot of respect for them, their members and what they achieved pre-map reset, we bid on them each week only because they are our best opponent. While i would agree that not everyone joins Vicious for the same reasons our Leadership is strong from top to bottom (Leader - Executor) probably the best on the server. The founding principles of Vicious govern their approach, which is as i have stated previously of benefit to the server as a whole not Vicious Faction by ourselves. Furthermore Vicious support Nuff in trying to find a way to make this idea possible through all the diplomacy which is only to make sure that the process of implementing the 'free land' proposal goes smoothly with no nasty surprises. As to your comment on Vicious not liking you, the majority of Vicious have no feelings regarding DF, some however are wary because of your QQme connections and tbh bro having Mans alt is, well, as connections go pretty strong wouldnt you aggree?
In summary people may join Vicious for different reasons but the nature of our Leadership means that as an indiviual when you join you support Vicious, our values and the decisions of our Leadership of you GTFO as some famous ex-Vicious members are testament to.

Not having been a member in either QQme or Vicious, but having friends in both factions, I have seen they arent any different than most factions. They both have good members concerned for the well being of the server and they both have some reall ego freaks looking to keep everyone on the outside in their place.
But over and over in this thread, the QQme folks have earned my respect with a sincere approach to doing something that will benefit the server long term. It seems the propaganda we were fed in Leviathan was perhaps overblown.
Regardless of what happens tonight in the TWs, I have a new opinion of the big bad wolf that QQme has been demonized to be.
All ive seen from the apparently not QQme folks participating in this argument is a continuing series of excuses for not letting something positive happen for the up and coming factions on the server.
As for DarkFlare being a QQme ally, DF was a group of friends from Leviathan that were unhappy with the direction the faction was going. We did not feel we could support a leader that was eager to particpate in ganking QQme with Vicious and Vertu, instead of pursuing more evenly matched TWs against Vertu, a faction of similar strength.
So we started our own small faction and have been slowly building. Thats our brief history, no ties, no alliances, just a bunch of friends looking to enjoy this game.
We hope that the minds of Vicious and QQme will meet and provide smaller factions a chance to enjoy evenly matched TWs. It will be wonderful for the server and possibly postpone another map reset as the number of factions participating in TW dwindle.

are you an idiot? seriously? the point was QQme drops the lands first, then we will. simply put because MAN HIMSELF is untrustworthy and spews a **** ton of propaganda and says one thing yet does another (ahem* "we will disband QQme after infamy dies", "we will disband after we take levi off the map" etc etc) and frankly the chances that if we one week give up land before QQme does, and nuff gettting banned for allowing it to happen because of certain QQme leadership wanting to play dirty to get one over vicious is relatively high. this wouldn't be the first underhanded trick used in QQme history and im sure it wouldnt be the last.

I've been in QQme since a year, which isn't long and I've never heard Man say this. I do know that QQme was originally formed to take out Infamy and to disband afterwards. This was the wishes of the person who made QQme faction, not man. He fell into leadership after the leaders before him wouldn't stick around. Lets be certain now. Nuff wanted for QQme to lose land first because according to him, he couldn't contact Man ? Since it was so wrong to wait a week more right ?
But before all this contact stuff. The first post Nuff made in this thread was for AveFenix and Marine to attack 2 QQme lands. He wasn't even being fair. We were ready. Apparently you guys weren't, and still aren't. In all fairness, both QQme and Vicious would have given land freely. Majority of QQme wants this to happen. You're crazy to think any leader would go against 90% QQmes when he even made a forum poll. And I'll take your word for it that majority of Vicious agree with this too.
I don't agree with what you guys did. First time it was understandable. Nuff wanting lowbe factions to attack our land first but couldn't handle the reversal. Since it wasn't fair for one faction to lose land before the other . But making an excuse that's been around for more than a year and even not following through when we have TW on same WEEK. if you guys are so ready then why not just do it regardless of what vicious does? simply put, this is gonna get no where if it comes down to "u do it first, or we wont" from both sides. eventually either one side says **** it and goes through with it or just give up on the idea in the entirety. all this childish name pointing and blame placing will get nowhere for everyone. if your ready to give up the lands then GIVE THEM UP. why care if vicious does or not? simply put your now putting it as, QQme wont give up land till vicious does just as you claim vicious is doing and ****ting on us for it. its called hypocrisy. if you really want to do it do it otherwise shut the flying **** up. and that goes to both sides tbh.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Nothing personal Swampfoot, but I'm tired of thees goldfish blond moments ppl are having on RT.
Take it from some1 that has been here from the start of this server...
My advice to you:
1) build a legit factions without "help" of others (advice, alts, hints, gifts...)
2) do not define existence of your faction thru hate on your previous faction
3) do not give a reason to others to perceive you as some1 who define existence of your faction thru hate on your previous faction
3) smile
4) enjoy the game
5) kick Man's alt asap
6) do not talk about qqme if you dont know what you are talking about
7) do not talk about vicious if you dont know what you are talking about
8) this server will not have [input the faction name here] dominate the map - that almost destroyed one of the coolest parts of this game aka TW.

10)smoke, drink and have *beep* ...life is 2 short to do otherwise... well, maybe not.. or not in that order... . b:cute
anyways, back to the topic...
if you didnt understand what was the purpose of ganks on qqmu and THAT made you abandon leviathan ship.... while now DF is slowly but certainly becoming qqmu tool... then my friend you r doomed to fail.
QQme IS doomed to fail, just like Infamy did and just like every other "we want it all" greedy faction out there should fail and is failing.
To put it in a RL perspective and to make a little pond:
if there were no determined people who stood up when the situation requested it, you, me and the rest of us would be talking German now, waring funny hats, arm bands, and singing marching songs... b:shocked
Bunch of you not supporting Levi at that time have rly done nothing to help this server community grow in a positive sense... and look at the irony.. you ask us free land, and we actually wanna give it to you. Life IS funny. b:laugh

i have said it time and time again.. i was switching mains when i decided to bring my archer to Levi..
ever heard of the saying, "dont judge a book by its cover?" Just because the name is ObviousAlt. doesnt mean hes really an alt.. lol
and i became an officer of Levi because i wanted to help when my faction needed me..
and its not that we dont like you... We just dont like the way most of you guys left..

read my earlier posts, im agaisnt this idea in the entirety tbh but im a loyal vicious member and follow the decision of my faction with my all. that being said, my point still stands man will not give up the lands because vicious wont he said it. deal with it. u say man follows the majority of QQme but truth is most of QQme follows man and his every word. but regardless i can careless im not in QQme nor do i care what QQme does, give up land or dont but dont make up an excuse "oh we want to but, since vicious didnt we wont this week". who cares of fairness, if QQme wants to follow through with their word then do so why worry about what the other factions do.

Wait a minute...there's Levi hate in DarkFlare? Strange how I'm here for a whole month and didn't sense it...Or see it...Or hear about it...Or read it in the forums...Or talk about it on Vent...Or see it in PK (well I have seen DF hate in PK from many factions, not just Levi)...Or seen it in squads (DF will squad with Levi just fine based on the indivicual, not the name above their head)

Well, having read thru the 'conversations' since I last posted, I can say that I'm not suprised. I've been in this game for about 2 years now and probably have friends in all the factions mentioned. For the record, I bid on Vici land last week seeing that they had a 15 to 12 lead in the land counts. I can understand the Vici response. I can also understand the QQme response this week as well. Many of my friends have said that they were in favor of the proposed program but thought that neither of the Big Two would ever give up land because of "numerous reasons." I guess that I have higher hopes for people than they have for themselves.
I will suggest at this point that both Vicious and QQme concider one land each next weekend. This does not include waiting for the other to go first. This does not mean that either would be agreeing on a second land at this time. The lands do not have to be adjacent to each other. This puts the question to each of them individually without having to rely on the other. This should bypass personal opinions, egos, trust/ distrust and other unhelpful emotions that seem to erupt here on the forum.
I'm an"old man" compared to most of you. I've lived long enough to have learned that if you are to succeed in life that you will have to be able to maintain a "working relationship" with other people you come in contact with. To be honest, it does not matter if you like me or not, or anyone else who posts here. Either contribute something to the solution or don't increase the issues with emotional/ personal comments. Reasonable mature people should be able to communicate like they are. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Yes or No is much simpler to understand than beating around the bush for a week.
As to tonight, I talked briefly with Man before I bid this week. What I said still goes but I will talk with my people and see what they would like to do. The Vici/QQ TW is the same time so it's no time to ask for time to train. I enjoy bidding wars for TW and have spend just under 20 mill out of my pocket on bids the last 2 weeks to have semi-serious bids. (Yes, I have a job in RL.) I figure that if you're going to be serious about bidding that you should be serious. The 5 min rolls tend to discourage peope from trying TWs. However, I hate to throw good coins away, so I may just show up by myself to represent my faction. b:thanks

I dont see the point on having personal issues related to this subject...MOST of the small growing factions have being waiting for a response on this subject for quite some time now... We are not begging for land to be given to us cuz at any time this deal will be broken and the 4 most powerful factions in this server will be able to gain those territories again... All that we as for its a break a couple of lands where we small growing factions can actually have a 1-3hrs tw not a 5-20min one...
I hope we can come to some sort of an arrangement so this server can go back to be as fun as it used to when small factions could tw each other and learned, make friend, etc...
As the AveFenix leader I have being skimmin thru this subject during the last two weeks but everytime we seem to have come a agreement some one mixes this with personal feeling or issues...plz ppl lets get back on the subject.... and I hope QQme and Vicious can let us know what will happen by this tuesday at the latest so that we know what will happen ...ty and enjoy Pw..(let us do so as well) b:thanks0 -
Again I commend bothe QQme and Vicious for entertaining this idea. I would like to see it in practice, however it never will untill one or the other humbles themself and gives up at least one land. It dosent realy matter if its same week or not, they just need to show to the other that they have some faith in the other. I am disapointed that it is causing petty arguements among people who are here to have fun. Actions speek louder than words. For this idea to work like many great iteas in real history someone has to forget about the past and display a self sacrafice at the risk of loosing something, no matter how it works out the ones who risk something to achieve something will gain respect from many weather it works or not. I commend the Marine's, DarkFlare, BewareOfUs, and my own members for the small sacrafice they have given in display of trust to QQme, and Vicious. We understand that you didnt even have to entertain this Idea and that within itself shows both factions have good people. We never expected to have anything handed to us, and have been working hard to become stronger on our own, however when an oppurtunity like this arives it is smart to take advantage of it knowing it would stimulate our growth. No matter how it turns out I still have respect for those who entertain this Idea.

I'm an"old man" compared to most of you. I've lived long enough to have learned that if you are to succeed in life that you will have to be able to maintain a "working relationship" with other people you come in contact with. To be honest, it does not matter if you like me or not, or anyone else who posts here. Either contribute something to the solution or don't increase the issues with emotional/ personal comments. Reasonable mature people should be able to communicate like they are. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Yes or No is much simpler to understand than beating around the bush for a week.
As to tonight, I talked briefly with Man before I bid this week. What I said still goes but I will talk with my people and see what they would like to do. The Vici/QQ TW is the same time so it's no time to ask for time to train. I enjoy bidding wars for TW and have spend just under 20 mill out of my pocket on bids the last 2 weeks to have semi-serious bids. (Yes, I have a job in RL.) I figure that if you're going to be serious about bidding that you should be serious. The 5 min rolls tend to discourage peope from trying TWs. However, I hate to throw good coins away, so I may just show up by myself to represent my faction. b:thanks

I agree with this, and DarkFlare had the same agreement, we aren't putting up a fight. This way, if they both give up 1 each, if one does not comply, they can get the given one back the next week. Look, I'm the last person blaming any DF for choosing that path. I totally support people who chose to try something new and are not afraid of challenges ahead.

However, what I said in the previous post is what it is. Be really careful not to fall into a trap that many other factions b4 you did. Build a legit, independent faction!

Alot of us have been around enough to recognize a Manalike hat trick long b4 it happens, and frankly he is running low on new once.
This whole topic evolved around yet another futile attempt to divert attention from the real server badboy. QQme decision making is currently driving that faction into a expansion frenzy by devouring weaker factions. They evade Vicious TW's coz they "cant win" them and turn to more "fun" blitz quickies to cash in. You expect that clown to give land? lolumad?

GL DF, and keep in mind that it took Vicious half a year to build a solid faction and it was founded around a core of mostly veteran players that came to RT from variety of other servers and thus had knowledge and experience on how-to.
Factions are not build over night.

You making all the rules with Your messed up stupidity. This isn't factions cooperating, its one faction dominating everyone else for their own needs. Justifying your own messed up logic by something that doesn't concern this at all.

Losing our lands on SAME WEEK is the fairest way possible. No one would report to GMs about this as your members posted this as rumor about QQme. And Neither one of us will take an extra week's loss of money.
When Man posted in QQme forums to take a vote about this topic a week and a half ago, I was against it. One of the many reasons posted were about no one being able to regulate this. My starting paragraph post was ->
"This is a noble idea indeed. I am against it because it cant be regulated. Who would like to 'play god' and watch over this ? Strongest faction will always have last say. What happens when top 2 factions disagree in some matter involving a lowbe faction in those new areas ?"
As you can see, I am following this because majority of QQme wanted other factions to have land.
BUT you wanting QQme to just shut up and follow through your made up unfair system ? **** you.
I strongly urge Faction Marine and Faction DarkFlare to not go ahead with their planned attack this week. Please attack us next week along with other faction that is attacking Vicious. Let us lose those lands on the SAME WEEK. I don't trust Vicious and frankly, neither should you.
Don't tell me about QQme coming to forums b1tching when we're losing. I've seen plenty of Vicious doing that for months along with many dirty attacks by bastilla long ago. I've always tried to stay out of it.
Majority of RT want this to happen and I don't, but if it is to happen, I want it to happen in the Fairest way possible. No one is fit to lead or regulate this, most of all vicious who have major trust issues, doing anything that they please, bullying others to shut up and follow through.

What I found weird was the justification of NuffSiad to defend vic lands. A friend of mine pointed me to this thread, and to be honest, since I never usually paid attention to our servers forums, I didn't want to but then decided to check it since I was urged to do so. Said by our leader. I was astonished to say the least. I had no means of denying it or defending us since that was right in my face. I was extremely embarrassed especially considering I was trying to get them to leave vic and join us. What could I have said in that situation? I mean, QQme is my family but someone has to point out stupidity at some point if we are to move ahead and start working together as a faction again.0
