    Can't answer for him, but for me I got the error message twice. I think it was a hiccup on the hosting side. So far been smooth sailing and almost done. :D

    Keeps getting stuck in the same spot and pops up a message saying error updating and asks if I want to retry. If I click retry it gets stuck in the same spot a few mins later.

    I'm on Momaganon and I installed the patch manually. After starting up the game, the server list showed that Momaganon and Lothranis are down, the others are working. Clicking "update" doesn't work anymore, it says it's up to date, and server status shows both of them up and running. Still, I cannot sign in...

    Does anyone have the same problems?

    wat i did was open task manager and shutdown the pwi client completly and when it re opened and and gave me to option to download update i clicked the box in the upper right the said patcher 1. i then clicked pathcer 2 and rean it and didnt get the problem

    I just noticed the time on the server status page show the EU being 10am... shouldn't it be 9am? Could that be the problem?

    This issue might be due to the files not being fully spread throughout the network. We just pushed the files to the host servers and sometimes it takes a while for everything to get out there. Give it a little more time before retrying or download the manual patch. If you're still having an issue please send in a ticket and and we'll see what we can do.

    Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.

    The EU servers are still undergoing maintenance at the moment. Their servers should be up shortly.
