    So lemme get this straight (didnt read whole thread)

    The only bonus to upgrading the r9 bow is +10 attack levels and 2% more crit if u get the set?

    In all likelihood though, only like one person in the entire *world* will have all of those stats on one dagger, given the cost of recasting, and the extremely low odds.

    Even then, it's still just a 5.0 with R8 daggers and 0 attack levels, which means it will be fairly easily shrugged off by any decently geared R9 with JoSD. (and for the money spent to get that kind of dagger...)

    There are some crazy adds on the R8 stuff. The R9 stuff seems mostly unchanged though.

    The lack of Atk/Def lvls makes me think even regular R9 will be better than recasted R8.

    The +600 bonus attack adds 4k extra damage apparently compared to basic sage r9. How would that translate to attack levels? Would a higher base translate into better results for attack levels, crit and gof?

    The best damage would be 5.0 sin with recast r9 dagger... just need a boot with 2x interval on it.

    gear is meh ish to upgrade for about 100m coins. The r9 chest would be well worth it for HA classes to upgrade.

    I'm not sure how many people are going to be willing to do recast r9 when the recast versions are part of a different set...

    If you change just 1 piece you will have 5/6 in the old set and 1/6 in the new set and lose the 6/6 r9 set bonus... at least it certainly seems that way. You pretty much have to convert every piece you have at once or you're screwed...

    I just looked through all the quests to get the r8 items. That's not going to be pretty for people to get instant gratification from. b:shutup

    The rarest item for weapons (15 needed) can be acquired from 90 "medal of courage" (1 per major quest chain) OR you have a 0.75% chance to get 3 from a pack you get at the end of the quest chain.

    The rarest item for armors (9 needed) can be acquired from 40 "medal of courage" (1 per quest chain) OR you have a 1.8% chance to get 3 from a pack you get at the end of the quest chain.

    The second rarest items for both armor and weapon (299 needed) drop from a mob which you get 10 and 8 of each respectively AND you can get them out of the pack you get at the end of the quest chain.

    The two easiest items seem to have very high chances in the 3 different packs you get from different quests and they can be farmed from a type of mob.

    The rare item needed to reroll both weapons/armor seem to only drop from mobs in the instances (11% chance from the mob) to get the item and you then open that item (to get a pack) then that pack contains 6 of the "blue stones" which is enough to reroll 2 times. To sum it up 11% chance to get enough of those reroll stones to reroll 2 times. The same 2 easiest items stated above are also needed to reoll (90 and 9 respectively).

    Looks like getting the rare items are going to be a behotch and the rest you'll have plenty. As i see it the items are tradeable (don't quote me on that though) so looks like servers will be going crazy. The biggest question I have is how many quests are we allowed to do in that section of the guild base since we only have 3 chances we have a week to do it?

    2,000 wedding candies (20 Tokens = 2 Wedding Wines = 1 Wedding Candy)

    Just to clarify. So if sin's 3-piece give -0.1 interval does it mean that if u have r8 armor, r8 gloves/belt and r8 boots u get -0.1 interval from armor and another -0.1 interval from set bonus? So if ur legging is a nirvana 2nd recast, and weapon is r9, so its likely to be 5aps sparked r9?

    Sins r8 reforged pants/wrists will not be able to get -int so switching to r8 wrists losses -.1 from tt99 and also chestplate is very difficult to get just -.05 so theoretically the only real way to get 5.0 on a r9 dagger sin is to roll boots with 2 -.05 intervals (one to make up for set bonus the other to give the extra to go from 4.0 to 5.0).

    So that means for sin, the current build i.e. TT99 set, nirv 2nd recast, r8 top is still the best in terms of aps.

    Both are unique add-ons so you cannot get both in that spot as you only get 1 per roll, but there is 3 extra adds you also get and all 3 do have a chance to be 1-3% channeling.

    Looking into items more it seems fists are the crappiest as they only get the 3 top unique adds and no GoF but the rest of the melee weapons all get a chance at spirits blackhole, square formation, and thunder strike (bow can't get GoF sorry archers). So barbs/bms can get adv purge or adv seal/freeze or adv freeze 4 sec and pdef/mdef reduction for 8 seconds or GoF. This will make TW interesting. :S

    Anyhow i am curious with all this weapon upgrades coming can i somehow downgrade my weapon , its r9 axe with shabby garnets + 1 refine , somehow it still hit way 2 much and i feel sorry for people getting hit.

There is no downgrade about it if you can -3% on plate and a -3% on boots you still get 6% from those 2 items. Get a -3% on pants to match nirvy and a -6% on wrists and you're pretty much right back to where you started with channeling +all g15 items to refine for more hp and 900 HP /-3% Channeling / 8 Attack Level set bonus.

    I'm not replacing my sleeves or boots, I was thinking of my rank 8 top and hh90 pants. I would HATE getting -3% 3 times on one piece and reroll it as soon as I could. I would lose my 165 hp and magic +8! =/ I still might do the top and get rank8 pants and hope they turn better than hh90 pants but not if its 100 gold for 50 candies, then it really is a downgrade since I could just get pieces of r9 instead.

    So for sins, does the set bonus only apply to wrists,chest,boots and legs?
