    So I am confused - last night there was something about 2x drops - but now I can find nothing. Has that been changed?

    In my opinion... I believe that the moron doing the DDoS needs to be caught, foiled, or otherwise stopped before such an event is started. Double drops will encourage more people to come on, and that will make the servers more of a target for such a person to do more attacks...

    I'm interested to see who it would have been who made such a threat. Though, a mod probably saw that already and moved the thread... They probably have the IP's that person used, and may already know exactly who/where the attacker is, in that case. Really moronic to make a threat like that using a logged IP. b:bye

    In the end, this will more than likely turn out to be some stupid script kiddie. =\ The attacks are lame as they go, knocking a server down for 20 minutes to an hour isn't really much of a DDoS.

    I'm guessing there was another attack last night. My cat shops were dced and when I logged back on, west arch was pretty barren.

    This double weekend is going to be useless, cause there will be nothing but lag and dc
    If there is some hobos sitting there doing DDoS attacks, not like its hard to track it down and basicly give them a huge assraming >_>
    And i would think a reputable company hosting servers would have protection and countermeasures, but oh well

    Guess we will need the dbl exp to make up for all the lagdeaths >_> , remove exp penalty from deaths until resolved maybe? b:shutup
