I think the only difference is photoshop elements is geared more towards just general photo editing and photography touch ups and stuff while photoshop is more art oriented? I've never tried PSE so I'm not sure...
And for a welcome back to the forums, here's a sigi for you b:laugh I recall you wanted the trendy set so I edited that in on one of the last screenshots you posted. Hope you like, if not tell me what you had in mind and I'll do another one.

Ok, I tried. I had no idea how I was suppose to make it gothic like. I figured you might want more of your dress showing so I made the second one. I don't think either of these are really gothic like so give me tips and I'll mod it, i have it saved.

So... my scanner decided it doesn't want to work properly anymore, so anything I draw is going to be really really small thumbnails. Hopefully I get it fixed, or at least find my camera so I can make them bigger. Either way, finally drew one of Jazana today:

Kay so got around to taking an SS for your Susy xD My friend and my new hubby/best guy friend was complaining that i was lvling to slow so they were making me spam FC... but i finally got around to it!

Actually I could make siggies that look exactly like yours but...
1. That would be copying xD;
2. For some reason my photoshop won't open/save .gif/.png & almost every filter of mine won't come up. I need to reinstall it but my brother's ex-girlfriend stole my copy of the program. -__-;;
Thank you for saying my siggie was good though xD; I do the best I can on such a fail photoshop. (Attempted GIMP for the transparent background cuz I can't do that in PS cuz it won't save .gif and I failed horribly at figuring it out :c)
