class act lawsuit for all venos with a herc

b:angry k this has me realy angry with the new TT the way it is uve made my spending over 200 dollars for the entire purpose of getting this pet worthless. No veno and i mean NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO veno gets a herc for any other reason other than to solo farm TT the pet has no purpose for anything other than that.
I am currently seeking legal advice on how about getting this started. I know this has been done with MMO's in the past one person recieved 30,000 us dollars from a gaming company that ran an mmo almost just like this one over he had spent a 1,000 dollars on his characters then they released a patch/update making all of the things he had spent his money for worthless.
It has been done and its not impossible even by their tos if they sell a product and the product has a specific purpose and it fulfills that purpose there isnt a problem but if they some how make that product not functional to its sole purpose by their doing the product should either be replaced or made to function as it was intended to at time of said purchase or refunded. i will update more on this once aware of how to get this started from legal aid.

Soloing Twilight Temple with a Hercules is a bonus and as such, the Hercules itself is not designed specifically for TT and TT only.
The Hercules legendary pet is available for venomancers that want to be able to solo a good portion of the game, including bosses they will need outside of Twilight Temple. They are not required to pay a dime themselves for the Source of Force to buy their Hercules and can buy it from other players. The Hercules pet is in no way specifically designed for a venomancer to use only for the purpose of farming Twilight Temple.
Furthermore, Twilight Temple in squad mode was given that name for a reason. Due to the brilliant stats of a Hercules, it has the ability to tank monsters and bosses in squad mode, but it was not specifically designed for this purpose. Squad mode is named squad mode for a reason, and the fact the Hercules could solo this mode of Twilight Temple was little more then a sheer stroke of luck.
Your argument holds no water when you consider what I have just said. You were not forced to buy a Hercules, nor was your Hercules a guaranteed ticket to farming Twilight Temple squad mode on your own. And yes I'm going to keep putting squad mode in emphasis for a reason. No lawyer would take your case even if they were mentally deranged; they wouldn't win it.
This is coming from somebody who also spent money to buy a Herc for their veno.

I am sure in all PWI documentation it has never been written that the Herc sole purpose was to solo TT.

Speak for yourself. I didn't get mine for the sole purpose of farming TT, that in itself would be a waste of my money. I got him because I wanted soloing to be easier and less stressful.0 -

1. TT wasn't made to be soloed.
2. a Hercs job is not to only solo TT
3. it seems like you're implying that the only purpose Veno's get a Nix is to PK.
The purpose of the "Legendary" pets are:
Herc = your Superior Defence/Tank Pet
Nix = your Superior Attack Pet.0 -

Also, the Herc does full-fill its purpose. It is a pet that is controlled by a veno that can kill mobs.
NO WHERE does it saw that the Herc is 100% specifically designed for HH and for the money making needs of all those who role a veno. -.-
I have a Herc veno and she does just fine, nothing has changed my farming patterns of HH with my Herc...and she is a lower 9x O.o
And I would LOL @ any lawyer that took this case...ijs

There really is no grounds for this, and all this sort of litigation does is increase the resources MMO developers must asign to their lawyers.
Besides it would be difficult to make the case for herc being meant to solo TT with half the noobs on all servers demanding herc'ed venos for squads working oo other instances.0 -

I'm a veno with herc, NEVER solo farmed TT and have no intention of ever doing so. Hell, my veno doesn't even farm anywhere at all.

I didn't... only. A herc using blessing of the pack (+30% hp, skill that phoenixs also have) is capable of tanking certain world bosses. Lets not even talk about a lot of the TT bosses are still tankable by a herc, even more if its a herc with blessing of the pack.0 -
