Well, it's a lot more complex than that here. I'm sure there are statutory and regulatory laws governing the private operation of a taxi service, which I won't even pretend to know what they are. As for which laws are specifically applicable to private taxi services and public transportation, you'd have to ask someone in that field or research it yourself. A publicly owned service would also have a set of internal regulations which they must abide by that a private firm would not. There are vast differences between them and it's really more than I would care to even discuss. I know very little on the subject except a few laws regarding interstate commerce which includes some inter-state transportation issues.
Anyway, prostitutes, I'm sure, would be classified as a service industry. I don't see what else it could be, but then again I'm not all that knowledgeable about hookers. :PI post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.0 -

That's not why he was banned. He was banned for botting. His excuse was that macros were so well made he could go afk. Being banned for this reason is legitimate.
Apparently he never took it to court to even fight it... so bringing up this really doesn't matter. All he did was send a few emails back and fourth.

i guess since there is no physical evidence of anyone actually soloing arma in 3-3. this might be a good time to come out and say that i found a glitch that allow me to solo him. you just have to stand exactally 179.01 degrees from the direction that hes facing... and have an archer use deadly shot.. it will glitch him and he'll never be able to hit the archer.1. BTW, when he came to my server... before he even lent me anything, I gave him 5 hypers and took him into 3-3 to level him. He doesn't owe me anything. I don't keep score like that.

OP, veno pets werent supposed to do full damage on skull mobs/bosses nor in PvP. The easy mode venos have always had in PW was never supposed to have occured in the 1st place. If the game had any balance, veno pets would just be small supporters while venos themselves would be like any arcane class, taking damage/attacking back while pet DDs as opposed to letting pets tank and actual char DDs, instead of this 'solo all game' superior char. If you attack them, they'll simply make the necessary changes to turn venos into what they're supposed to be. Which means, 99% of the ppl that made this char to farm/playe easy mode would slit their wrists as they cant play normally like other human beings.
As it was probly already stated, the TT boss is bugged as its not being affected by mob counter. Another fail patch given by PWE, and our GMs as always are clueless. A lawsuit wont go anywhere in this matter and im sure in the following weeks the error will be fixed.
Having that said, just sit still as you'll soon be able to bug abuse once more with your glitched pet and solo TTs and everythnig else.
PS: If you wanna sue PWE, use the fact that they intentionally ignore this veno pet glitch just so they can sell more pets and take your cash. Thats an easy winner right there.PWI:

I propose you make a poll on this...I would even do this.
I just cannot sit around one spot waiting and hoping for something to come out of safe, I am usually good after about 20 minutes...Depends on if hubby is out there, how entertaining things can be and if I can get ppl to let me Tempest on them for fun :P. Was a Blazing Tempest and 500k. I dunno about there, but they sell for about 4.5-5.5m here. Anyway, NPC'd all my stuff and mailed about 120k back as well. Grats.
