im from south africa and i get a dc every min or so cant even do a crazystone quest lol but this only happens on harslands server it works fine on lost server
i asked my isp to check it out with there saix but stil no replay please
try to sort this out0 -
i agree why isn't the us listed? I get random dc then error, that requires me to send in a bug report because of it...0

I noticed a couple of things with your tracert...
1) thats a REALLY long time to go from your pc, to your ISP. Ask them to help you fix this. It should always be VERY fast <10ms.
3) & 4) why are they porting you in and out of the same server? This shouldn't be happening.
7) there's a pretty substantial interval between 6 & 7. Contact your ISP and tell them about this... they should be able to help address it since its still within their network.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Ok so we can see there are 3 regions with network problems.
1. New Zeland/Australia
2. Israel
3. South America
So the asked questions are:
Is it our ISP's connectivity problem OR is it PWI servers connectivity?
Were there any network changes that PWI or any of the service servers PWI use that did lately that caused this issue?
===== My testings
I try to see if it was my own problem but it's not... I listen to a Korean radio via the internet and it works without any problems and my normal ping to Korea is about 400~600 so I "should" get many sound lags or even many pauses but I don't.... and to PWI which is in USA I have major game lags and my ping to USA is about 180~280 which is just fine for any online game I even use to play online with my PS3 but due to their latest firmware (that killed many PS3 around the world) I stooped to play but I didn't have any lag problems.
So my conclusion is:
My ISP did some route changes or did some IP filtering or switched service servers that have connectivity problems with PWI servers or it is PWI service servers or the game servers their self that switched IP filters or did some route changes that cause this problems.
In the past I use to play a Korean online game that changed their IP filters rules and caused some countrys to go on lags or were "blocked" away from the game after a 1 week poll they solved it, I hope it this issue will get solve too fast.

We have other players in similar regions not having issues that play. It most likely comes down to ISPs, or other networks that the data travels through and it gets throttled and it won't go through fast enough back and forth to our game servers.
If your cable/DSL modem or router is older then 2-3 years, you might want to look into getting newer gear. Check to see if that hardware you currently have, have firmware upgrades available from the manufacturer's website.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

Though me and my friend play on a different server, we encountered the same problem. We tried many things and eventually, I had him try to connect to the INT and MS server. Strangely enough, he was actually being blocked out by all PW clients/servers.
After hours of searching, we think we may have found a solution, but to be sure it would even work, you would need to try 2 IP addresses, which I am not sure I'm allowed to post.
So..my point comes to, anyone who wants to test it, please pm and I'll try to reply as soon as I can. Hoping this can help people
