    ok my auto updater on the login thing isnt working so im downloading the 144-166 manual thing or whatever it is not sure bout computer stuff im not that gifted but what do i do when its downloaded? just try to login again or what can some one help plz?

    I waited all day with my computer on it's downloaded more than 90 % and then it's said there is an error and starts downloading the same file again !!!
    plz help me what am I suposed to do

    I don't think its my computer not being able to keep up - its not very old and I just got it back from a full service yesterday. Hmmm .... annoying!

    Keep in mind there are other players trying to do the same thing you are, and patch the game and download the manual patches.

    With a patch this large, sometimes it'll take 24-48 hours where the demand goes down enough to be able to download the patch.

    Just be a little patient.

    If you have close by friends who have patched successfully, you might be able to copy their game directory over your directory on your PC. Be careful doing this.

    If your friends also have downloaded the manual patch successfully, maybe they can share it with you, or torrent it.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    if u downloaded from the download page just save where ur origenal pwi folder is (or anywhere), then open by using manual

    k so i decided to download the patch manualy, auto is not even close to about 27% done after 3 hours!!b:cry and manual is at 27% in like 3 minsb:pleased

    if didn't download it : do it from here

    change that, it wont work how do i download it! when i open the client it says 'update files corrupted' some1 help me!b:cry

    but i have an error by the update every time...
    and the manual update does'nt work...

    The auto-patcher is being bombarded by MANY players.

    The manual patch downloads fine if your connection is stable.

    I had to patch with the manual one at home because the auto-patch servers are overwhelmed currently. They are working, but are crazy busy.

    Auto-patcher in game is SUPER busy.

    Engineers are working on it. In the mean time, please use the manual patch.

    That is up to you.

    You can save it, then run it later when the game is NOT running so that it can apply correctly.

    Or you can go ahead and run it, as long as the game is not currently running.

    The patch is alltogether 315MB large. With that size it is not surprising that it is taking a long time per the automatic updater. Manual patch it that goes alot faster. There are also mirrors for it if needed. ;)

    it said corrupted file so now its downloading from the server and is almost done :s sooo close and i just bought zen >.<

    Umm... I have a big problem b:sad

    At first I started to download the Patch automatically which ended up in total Failure. The Blue bar wasn't even at 5% >.>; After this, I chose to download it manually( I downloaded the 144-161 Patch and it downloaded in just a few minutes). I opened up the Client,Patched manually, and everything was all in order b:laugh.....NOT. I saw a message in the World chat and it had the [Defeated smiley] with Chinese writing. I closed the Client and re logged just to see if it was a small error, but the problem was still there. I looked up my smilies and all of them were repeated with unusual animations(one of them included 3 animations at once). I not only have the smiley issue, but I also checked the Genie skills all without a difference whatsoever and the skills bar didn't have 9 Slots b:angry. The only thing that was "right" was the boutique. It had the new clothing,items,etc. I'm thinking about deleting the whole client and re downloading it, but I'm posting this just to see if there's any alternative instead of downloading everything again >.>

    i think i have been downloading this for bout 12 hours now. and that stupid manual patch wont work for me, after i download it it says interupted blah error blah blah and i did it twice to make sure,then when i go back into the downloaded files to open it it wont open. GMs please do something bout this stupid thing, at least do it in stages next time instead of a huge file that some people have to download for hours, i feel like flinging my puter out the window!!!b:surrenderb:faintb:cry

    I've like redownloaded this game about three times now in the oast two days. I cant connect and i have a faction to maintain. I'm so stressed right now. I just wanna play! b:cry
