09/19 PWCN expansion release, fantasy theme park

I would like to get some fast skill on my veno finally. Any other char hits me at least 2 times before I cast my fastes basic skill. And the veno ulti doesn't help much either with its 5 sec cast time. Sometimes people just simply walking out of it before the skill ends.

On the other hand, improving 2nd reborn nuema set was the most important thing to do obviously. People with that chard set are so weak at the moment that 3 OP-ish r9 char has a chance to kill 1 in colosseum if they can concentrate fire on him. This has to be stopped. Those chars should capable of tanking all the 3 enemies even if they go to afk or something.

People that have a good stash of S cards sitting around can get two 3-piece S card sets, and if they are able to rebirth it at least once, they can compete with Nuema Portal players. Even more so if they have a good 20.00 aptitude Star Chart compared to the Nuema Portal players (who may have had bad RNG luck with it). Of course, they still lose out to rebirth 2 Nuema Portal, but I think most Nuema Portal players are full/half rebirth 1 at best so the gap will become smaller. It's still not something your average player can yet, but it's something to keep in mind.

the exchanges will definatly will close the gap with people getting/ finishing 3/4 card s sets.
RB3 eclusively for A cards only would be ncie too to cut the gap. could make it like 9 A cards or something for it.

What is the table underneath for? with the 1 card exchanges.
also if I read correctly the rb2 NP boost only lasts for 30 days?

They might be timed trial weapons with slaying levels or something. ​​

Seriously? People are still saying that? This happens EVERY update without fail...

No reason to be an ****. Maybe some of us haven't been around for the most recent updates? At least the guy above you wasn't being a jerk. This is why new players get discouraged when asking a question because of posters like you.

It gets a tad bit confusing whenever people bring over and translate anything from the wanmei site, because their PW2 is what our version is.

Maybe I should get some always pinned mini FAQ going at some point when I'm not super busy that explains some of these things, heh.

It's a bit weird for us right now, as I'm waiting on information still and nothing will get sent after it releases at the very earliest (and even then, it might a while before we get their actual translated patchnotes).

I took a quick look at the archer ones.... using my phones google translate on the image.

Elven Alacrity:
Base effect - longer time
glyph1 - faster flying
glyph2 - AOE effect
glyph3 - reduced cooldown
glyph4 - reduced chi cost
glyph5 - Does vertical pop up (like strategy boss?)

Knockback arrow:
1 - increased damage
2 - increased damage with distance
3 - shorter channel
4 - more chi
5 - charge for more damage
No mention of Knockback arrow getting pvp-enabled knockback.

What utter garbage.
