1) Event started with guilds already holding lands - unfair advantage to some guilds
2) this week there was no XTW because NO NPC spawned to get inside - another unfair advantage​​

Can we sticky this till it's over please?

@thenamesdomino On the very first page we brought up how the map was NEVER reset following the DC and nothing was done about it. It should come off as no surprise those that started off with an extra week of advantage dominate the top spots.



Not only this but there was a second week in which the NPC to enter the battle never spawned and we lost another week there too whereas other factions randomly won. If we had two extra weeks in which to rack in points we might have been able to get up to 140 more points and come in perhaps 3rd. The same 2 week handicap happened to Hoorah and they would have gotten 2nd. The factions underlined in red had a confirmed 1 week advantage and maybe 2.

This tournament was botched. I think it's only fair for you to bump up the rewards to account for this unfair uncertainty in what the scores should have been. Award the first place prize to top 3, award 2nd place prize to next 3, 3rd place to next 3. ​​

This whole event is just a mess since you never know who u are fighting against..literally making this another game of luck and luck alone. You could have the strongest faction possible..if you would end up having all fights possible always vs the 2nd and 3rd strongest factions you are totally screwed. You would have no chance of winning whatsoever. Heck, depending on how many active ppl you have even a smaller faction attack combined with the attack of a very strong faction could lead to a 100% loss vs the stronger faction. Crisis for example has 50-60 avaible people for xTW on average. GG. WP.

Suggestion: Can't we just friggin have a 1on1 Tournament? Entry Fee 100 Gold. First 3 places get all the gold. You get a costumized char depending on the class with which you register with set gears, skills and passives. Winners will be determined not by whos the last man standing. It will be deceided by points. Each fight yields points. the one with the most points wins. (of course anyone would fight vs any other participant to keep it ultimately fair)

PS: Since they would have to prog that from scratch I doubt we will ever see something like this even tho it is exactly what this game is missing the most. Fair competition. They can also nerf Dusks while they are at it to make it even more fair.

This would be fair. equal and would require no bloody luck. I am absolutely sick of the luck factor.

Random match-making is one thing but randomly being assigned a loss against a 4 person faction that you were guaranteed to win and having that loss knock you out of contention for the good prizes is ridiculous. @thenamesdomino was given very EARLY warning about this problem and totally dropped the ball. If those unfair losses didn't happen I'm pretty sure Hoorah would have gotten 2nd or maybe 1st and Vindicate may have gotten 3rd.

Those factions that were screwed over by PWE's botched execution of this tournament should have their prizes bumped up a notch.​​

Not necessarily. Karma gained at least one week they might have lost and hoorah lost two weeks they might have won. That's a 3 week spread right there. ​​

Congratulations everyone!

I wish we had fought more than just Tempest and Vindicate (and Dynasty and a couple more, but I didn't go to those) and a bunch of no-shows/weak factions. We got TT factions as opponents multiple times too, which is lame, but I know this happened to everyone else too. I hope next time we get to fight Karma, Infamous etc. and have a fun battle, regardless of win or loss. We didn't get to fight each other!

It is a bit sad they didn't take into consideration the couple of weeks during which xTW had issues, and they choose the let the season continue but... oh well, better luck next time I guess?
