We've had some high-quality polls lately, so Kitty thought she'd make one on a very high-priority important matter. She's already the empress of Raging Trolls, so let's make Kitty the Empress of PWI-Forums by making her a moderator. Would you like the idea?​​

    maybe if you didnt speak in 3rd person like a undiagnosed schizophrenic patient sure. Sorry but talking like that is just abnormal. I am pretty abnormal and I respect different cultures but if you wrote like this and with the ultra bright red well PWI hurry up merge all servers and shut down please

    Has nothing to do with anime. I saw some interview with japan artists that talk in 3rd person. They don't talk like that all the time but they do it more than often. And I have been told that chinise people use to talk in 3rd person about themselves too.

    I've read somewhere that the 3rd person, is often used by some girls as a way to express themselves in a cute way? Something like that. Not sure. Or maybe it's a language/culture thing.

    I don't mean to be offensive or anything. If I do, I apologize. Just thought that I could point this out, since the convo got to this subject.

    Yes in Japan some girls are doing that too. But there are people that talk in 3rd person and its not an anime thing and they are not undiagnosed schizophrenic patients.
    Note: I am not japanese or from any other part of Asia.

    due to mishaps in my past few years in game, I do NOT accept random invites (faction/squad/friend no randoms period) NOR will I give buffs (cleric/barb/sin/exp if i have it) to random people because they ask. If I DO give buffs to a random person, it's because of a random whim (much like the red detonator button sitting at my desk that i will one day push at a random whim)
    Also do NOT look at my gear and then proceed to pm me asking to buy my gear or for a loan of coin. It's just plain rude.
    I have too many toons to name, but if you play on Etherblade server and you come across a toon that acts this way, or if the world is suddenly destroyed, it was probably me.

    • Posts being moved to the forums they belong in. (There is more than just General Discussion guys.)
    • Enforcement of forum rules. (In particular the severe violations avoiding the profanity filters.)
    • The truth about network issues.
    • To admit that their PC may not be capable of playing how they want.

    It's not too rare for some people to speak like Kitty every now and then in Kitty's country. Maybe english-speaking people just aren't used to such so perhaps it's more of a cultural difference.

    Kitty watched first 7 mins of the video and she thinks Su said "Su" when referring to herself through the interview, but it wasn't exactly translated to english subtitle as such.    ​​
