    Orbs will be paid out after the promotion period*

    Give it time, the promotion ended yesterday. We need to pull data logs to make sure everyone who spent the required amount gets their items.

    while i agree with the sentiment the problems are:
    the announcements are very unspecific (heck this one didnt even have start/endtimes) it really should have the approx date at least of when items will be sent out

    +1. I ended up spending more gold than I needed to because I didn't know if Friday counted as the "weekend". I also didn't take advantage of the promotion on alt accounts because I didn't know that Monday was now part of the "weekend".

    I have to agree and say the lack of ETA is extremely unprofessional. The lack of exact times for promo is also just as unprofessional. I am in no hurry myself but I would like to hear the ETA too so I know when to expect my orbs.

    Idk . But I feel Pwi trying to fool around lately.
    Why this delay if you mentioned previously that the reward will be sent after fin date. This doesn't mean that you send it after 1 year. ....
    I spent 100$ on stuff I really don't much needed to get the orbs
    Lets hope u make progress ..........

    For those asking people to chill or be patient, as far as what I wrote on my first comment,
    I was actually asking to write specific time on     when the promo starts and when it ends, not when it gets paid out.
    I can see that it says it will be paid out after the promo ends.
    What I wanted to know was, it says     This weekend only, 7/18 - 7/21, spend 50 gold and win a free +10 Dragon Orb Ocean!,
    however it does not specify exact time (yes people, the hours and minutes time. Not the day and date time) period of within what time frame do we have to spend to qualify for it.
    Like what time on 21st did we have to spend gold by?
    At midnight when it turns to new day into 21st? Or like this in example from the Charge Reward promotion?
    How it works: Check our rewards page! For every gold that you transfer to a PWI server from Friday 7/11/2014 @ 11:00AM PST until Monday 7/14/2014 @ 7:00 PM PST, your account will receive 100 Bonus Point.
    After some thought, I just assumed that it's probably until around after server reset time when it moves onto new day of 21st.
    So specify next time please like you guys usually do b:surrender
    There can be people thinking they spent on mid day of 21st and wonder why they didn't get the orb when they start getting paid out.

    Whenever they do these I avoid spending or charging on the first/last day. I make sure to do it on a middle day to be safe. But I agree that they need to be more specific.

    Nor I, any word on How long "after the promotion ends" in human time, that the reward will be sent?

    After 2 day and no orbs??? this was the last time i spend gold! b:byego make fun of someone else pwi

    For each day after promotion end I wont to get one +10 orb!!!
    we need compensation for the delay?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    same here, I even make sure of doing it 7/19 so I was able to get it without the time confusion but no orb so far.

    I guess it will take some time for them to see all those logs.

    I dont care much orbs not been sent yet. What I care bout is lack of ETA. If I knew when I would get my orbs I really wouldnt care bout delays if it was withing reasonable amount of time.

    I have people telling me that there was a post that said the orb promotion wasn't meant for any of our servers, it was meant for the Malaysian servers. However, I've asked for links or proof to the post and have received nothing in return. Anyone else have any info on that, or is it all just hokum?

    The estimated time of arrival for the orbs is within the next 1-3 business days from today, Wednesday 7/23/14. It will be sent via the in-game mail.
