"Eligiable"? like we might be able to get one? Or we will get one? and 5,000 gold or 50 gold? kinda a big difference thereb:pleased

    I would interpret it as "You spend a total of 50 gold during the event period and get a free 10* Orb after the event ended." (:

    The good question would be: Will those Orbs be on bound gear only or tradable?

    Its 50 of course.

    "Eligible" could be elaborated a bit more though. Will we get one ? or will there be random orbs for 1 or a few of those who are "eligible" ?
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    Agree, we need more information about the "Eligible" thing.
    If there is just a chance of getting a Ocean Orb after spending 50Gold, i m out.
    If we get for sure the Ocean orb after spending, then i'm in (=> long time i did not open packs :p )

    Didn't u mention? This orb is not normal *10 orb, it can be used only to refine from +2 to +3, from +7 to +8 and from +9 to +10, besides, it has expiration time and for sure is bound.
    I have only 1 question - do we get only 1 orb per account for any sum over 50 gold, or for every 50 gold we get 1 orb?b:surrender

    Its not repeatable so at most you get 1. To me +10 orb sounds too little for raffle so I expect it to be promo.

    according to http://www.arcgames.com/de/games/pwi/news/detail/6004963 which looks just like a poorly translated version of the already very thin english announcement, you get it for spending 50 gold. no "chances" mentioned.

    im very confuzzled about the 2to3, 7to8 and 9to10 tho.

    Am I the only one that sees that the refining stuff (+8 to +9 aso) was just an example.

    Ofc you can refine anything from +0 to +9 with it. Why should they create a new Ocean Orb to begin with as we are all aware how lazy they are and actually can't or won't alter items on their on behalf.

    im well aware of what an ocean orb usually does but the german announcement literally states it only refines those 3 level :) probably just another tranlation-fauxpas.

    That's just a fail example that PWI gives to their new costumers.
    People who yet don't have a knowledge of the game might think the orb is only used on these refinements, and I think that's PWI wants after all :P


    Oh well, 1 annoucement with so many fails.
    Tell us... do we receive it or not if we spend gold? I mean is it a raffle like the S Packs or what?
    And please fix that. You can refine to whatever you want except +11 or +12 -_-

    Spend 50 gold on stuff you'd find useful anyways -> Get a +10 orb as a bonus.

    Merchants, for example, benefit from this easily. Same with anyone buying packs, MoG, or whatever else in a bundle.





    Anyways, I'll see what I can do about letting the folks know their thing is...... weird. Really really weird.

    I'll ask about the first bit as well. For the second it's a non-repeatable one time thing... though I'll ask if it's based on the account itself or if it's a character based restriction.
