Unfortunately its the reverse, PW is a public listed company and their accounting is based on Itemized Model. Every in-game item has a cost associated to it and their revenue is based on sold items.

So in this case, assuming that each +10 orb have a cost of perhaps USD10, the potential cost to them for this glitch will be way past a million assuming 100K orbs have been handed out.

Anyway, for CS items, the items will be rolled back and gold refunded so the CSer can actually purchase from boutique again and that will be counted as revenue eliminating the costs of glitch since those items would have disappeared from the inventory.

if they can do a successful roll back then that is fine but i dont remember all this happening when nw glitched and people got 2k tokens and alot got none. they used them to get ahead too so roll back past that how about a year or more why not. people you have to realize this was somethine the redeem website said wait 10 minutes ues code again. people was world chatting it and some just did it thinking it was ok the gm's or dev's allowed it. so if the dev's and gm's roll back i am ok with it but remember making one wrong into a right needs to be done more oftened than not. so the next time something like nw glitching happens be prepaired for another roll back extravaganza.

I dont get why that poll was ended it was a legit poll and people were really actively voting for once. While i appreciate that the moderators are doing their job that poll was a good way to show PWE that we want something and i for one think it should be reopened.

I just need to shake my head... I can't believe all still QQ and still fight about this... And more i have to shake my head when i read some posts and just notice how low brain some here got...

Situation is clear -

If GMs dun do anything and maybe just fix the code, many Cashshoppers will QQ cuz they paid many money for their +10 - cuz it's just unfair! They maybe gonna quitt and many spending money will gone.

If GMs make a rollback, many gonna QQ, also the Cashshopps, cuz their items ofc also get this rollback. Risk is, normal player AND cashshoppers are pissed and may gonna quitt - ALSO BAD OPTION for GMs, cuz no incoming money anymore...

If GMs just search for the abusers and bann them, then all servers will get pretty empty! Guys seriously, stop playing innocent... From 100 % players who redeemed last night the code, maybe just 10 % followed the rules! Cuz it was just for everybody who saw that text about 10 min thing like "Oh, sweet! They made mistake and i can do it once more!" and tried then to make it as interval! If they look for abusers then they dun really have to search, cuz nearly everybody did it, easier to find are the peeps who didn't done it. Then servers really get empty, means they also have to bann their beloved cashshoppers and the ones who donate money from time to time plus the players who farm their ***** off - that would be also a money-disaster for them!



THE VERY STUPID FACT IS: The're only 3 solutions but no matter WICH one they chose, there EVER will be QQer and hater!! I'm pretty sure, they will do nothing (cuz it's better for them just a few peeps quitting, as they has to bann 90 % of all players cuz the game is already near to die) or just that, what they think, what is the best and it's best way to not lose more money! (Yes admit it, GMs are hungry for money, cuz the programmers and stuff has to get PAID! Also the servers who hosts this game! So they chose the way, they not lose to much!)

All we can do now, is just wait... FOR GOD SAKE BE QUIET NOW ALL ALREADY AND WAIT FOR AN OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE GMS! You all waste your time and nerves god damnit!

It's on them what they gonna do and i'm sure they WON'T read threads like this one, they dun care about forum, specially not, if the thread got already enless much pages! I also wouldn't send GM-Ticket, that will slow their work out, if you guys spamm now with tickets!

the problem with the email one per account is that not everyone ends up getting the email. they had problems with the anniversary email too, for example I only got 1 of the emails which I have 2 separate accounts. and a lot of people didn't even get 1, they ended up giving a code for the anni not through email anyways because not everyone got the email. so no they shouldn't have sent it through email because that causes more problems and lots of tickets.

The anni pack was call the jade box or something and wasn't able to be open more than once by char and the stuff was unable to be stash, so even people that got the box twice they wasn't able to open the second one which is why there was no abuse possible really, worse abuse would have be someone getting a unicorn on all his chars that's all.

The next problem to the +10 orb is people did not stop there....with all the multiple +10 orbs they got plus having Tisha Stones on sale or with all the event gold people got, they are now using this to go +11 and they now have tons of +10 orbs to give a go!!!!

I think the best course of action is to temp ban and delete all the orbs they have just like they did with the Kiss Maiden chests when that too was a new promo item and the code could be spammed. Also give them a temp ban just like you have done in the past. Who wants cheaters on the servers anyway.

A roll back is crazy because what about all the people who only used the code once or did not even use it at all. You are going to cause more trouble that way cause then everything they did is gone, zhen purchases, items won in packs, quests, making of skill books......ROLLBACK is NOT the answer at all. I hope PWI realizes that this course of action would be 1000 times worse then the abuse of the code.

Gotta agree. They should have coded it in a pack similar to the Jade Box. I also got the Jade Box twice on one account and I was unable to open the second one.

This would have prevented people from abusing this glitch as they would have been unable to open multiple packs even if they redeemed the code more than once.

Please roll back. Then send every account the same rewards to their first listed account (except make the rewards all account stashable). Also send an account stash stone so regardless of which toon it goes to they can move them to the toon they want it on. I think this is the only way to balance out this issue. Be prepared for tons of tickets from people who won super great stuff like the helm, matchless wings, or super great rolls on their weapons etc.

If this isn't resolved semi effectively, I think I'll have to quit. I'll miss my friends, but this is plain rediculous.
