Heroic Chests issues - please post here!

    When large amounts of rep badges are bought, the mailbox is overloaded and needs to be cleared before all of the heroic chest tickets can be delivered. If I purchase 1,000 badges at 2:55 pm, will I receive all 500 of the tickets in the mail, even if I dont actually get to opening the mail until a week or more later?

    Anyone know? GM?

    I npced about 200(the white ones)+ of em(not all at the same time but throughout yesterday) so far i only got 33k dq points >.> i should have about 100 not too mention my dq vendoring has been upating about every 2-3 hrs and so and still remains the same b:surrender should i ticket it or wait it out a few more hrs :/

    If you don`t get DQ points after you npc items within 24 hours, submit a ticket.

    i got my tix finally after 5 hrs but the sad part is, it wont open. so i dont get my items, only heroic chest tix, and it wont turn to chest. b:angryb:angry what is going on?!?! i try relog and nothing happens b:cry

    Anyone else not get the chests from purchasing Rep from boutique yestuday? Some have gotten over 3k in chests and I have yet to recieve any.

    yesterday i bought a bunch of rep and within 10 min i got my chests...however i bought some more about 90 min ago and still no chests

    I had to wait HOURS, and then they finally came, and by the buttload! I don't even know if i got the right amount! I bought a REALLY small amount of rep, maybe at most like 4k rep.

    I used a grand total of 42 gold on rep to get from ~56k to 200k rep and did not receive the bonus chests.

    I initially bought 114x 50 rep bundles and approx 5x 10 rep bundles to get the rep needed. (This was over 12hrs ago). An hour and a half ago I then purchased an extra 3x 10 rep bundles and have not received mail.

    Am I bugged?

    The server is still lagging badly and could be the case. Relogging handled my problem. I would put in a ticket in and maybe they can fix it since you have been waiting so long

    You might have to wait a while.

    Some got the packs immediately, some got them after an hour, and 1 person I know had to wait 5 1/2 hours.

    im on my 2nd hour of waiting and still no packs

    i know somebody that waited 7 hrs give or take for his. i waited about 3-4 hrs. some i know got them immediately. so just varies.b:surrender

    It's been over 24 hours for me and I still haven't got my chests... so be happy you're getting them. Granted I only bought 2x 50 packs, but STILL... no chests is annoying. If you're that worried about it, share the wealth :) lmao

    If I were u i'd be happy as...Mirages..dyes..dq points from chests, in an endless incoming wave, epic much? Why QQ when you can earn millions and never spend a dime or hour farming for DQs. I guess that's what's going on while ppl who paid a crapload sit here getting nothing like the person above and myself. Pwi b:victory

    Well considering the vast amount of players buying all these rep bundles for the chests on ALL of the servers, the distributing system must be overwhelmed from it, just give it some time. If you receive nothing in OVER 24 hours THEN submit a ticket about it.

    I just bought 8,000 badges, thats 160 stacks of 50. I got 11 emails of 25 >.> Meaning i'm still awaiting about another 149 emails of 3725 Heroic Chest Ticket. :/ ... Whats the delay I made my purchase more than one hour and forty-five minutes ago ...
