Recast R8 Psy Blues

Several Psys on Heaven's Tear server have experienced a graphical glitch which causes any toons on that loading screen to crash the launcher immediately. Please if anyone has had this same issue please post here, because this is a theory, but seems the common denominator is the recast r8 wep.

    Yeah I noticed the same thing with the Rank 8 Recast soulspheres, every character that I know has that can't log on...

    It effects the entire account (maybe if the psychic was the last toon logged before the update?) There are 3 just in one faction that I know of so there are surely quite a few more out there too.

    It's been a week since these players have been able to log their toons, surely a fix is in sight ??

    Bumping this thread to keep it active, after some forum searching, it is almost certainly the recast r8 psy weapon causing this.

    You and all the others should also submit tickets, and pm the GMs. They don't check GD often tbh.

    Alot of tickets are being submitted but sadly with very little response.

    Let's hope they do something soon or at least take the time to acknowledge the issue.

    Tons of tickets, tbh customer service is a bit lacking lately , not sure what has changed, but now that the issue has basically been narrowed down, im hopeful.

    So Thats The Reson I Cant Log On To My Psychic. I Submitted A Ticket And Was Told They Are Working On It But We All Know How Fast Pwi Moves. I Can Log On Every Toon But That One. When I Go To Log On Psychic It Crashes

    My Psy Wasnt My Last Toon Log On In That Account B4 The Update Though. But It Seems Like There Is Alot On Heaven's Tear Server Here I Thought I Was Alone

    It's a ploy to get you all to buy R9.

    Maybe they should give you free R9 as compensation?

    That works for me, but just a quick fix of the bug would b preferred, sick of not playing.

    No one in pwi works on the weekends. The only time they will is if the servers crash.

    What i have seen so far every good company provides costumer service 24x7 , but pwe doesn't comes under that line ,what they want is our $$$$$$, The Gm/Admins ain't available on forums ,nor the ticket system is good, why the heck with every update comes with glitch, and they have to put 1 more update to fix it !

    Yup , i can't log my psy/veno/barb account . It Crash while showing the toons list before they appear .

    seems cause i have Psy with R8 recast sphere .

    Soo PWI should Fix this , ty .

    for as long as this is taking and what we are missing not being able to play we should get get some kind of compensation. but i know that pwi dont care so i just want it fixed so i can log on.

    ofc they wont give us anything, but even some decent customer service would be awesome as opposed to moronic robotic answers that force you to reinstall a game that takes hours.

    Problem with being exactly caught up with CN server? No 3-6 months of miscellaneous bug fixes. b:chuckle

    Does mean the fix should be relatively quick though. Few patches.

    There was a fashion glitch that they fixed quickly with a log in log out patch, no server down time, i'm hoping it is something as simple as that. At least we know what it is.

    I had my R8 recast Soulsphere in the bank because the stats suck and i still use my R8+10 weap (non-recast). But Thursday (i think) i took out the recast weap and put it on to show a fellow psy what it looked like. Right after i put it on, the game crashed.

    Now every time i try to log on, the game crashes at the character selection page. I can't log on (even see or select them) to any of my Lost City chars.

    I immediately posted a ticket and the next day i got a response which gave the solutions to another known glitch, but were no help to me. I made a character on another server and that works fine, which made my husband think it was gear related. And since i put on the R8 recast weap right before the crash...

    A guildie has the same issue - can't log on any of the characters on the same account her psychic is on, which has R8 recast weap...

    It has been a long weekend so i expect more news today earliest. I hope we get some kind of compensation to when this gets fixed... Haven't been able to play those characters for 5 days, some others even longer, missing out on BHs, morai dailies, events, etc....

    OMG how much longer are we gonna be kept from playing our toons. come on for petes sake. we are already missing out on all the new stuff and the only for one week npc not to mention daily exp and weekly tw's. seems to me pwi dont care about its customers

    Lol, this is typica. We find the issue, report it, and even solve the problem. All of a sudden they are "looking" into it, funny, they couldn't be bothered pre holiday weekend, now we get forum admin mods instead of actual gm's. Sigh pwi, have u lost that much of your community that u can no longer afford decent customer service?
