I don't see what the big deal was to be honest, it was a 'glitch' that has been in fc for years and one that many just chose not to take advantage of, or in some cases, didn't know existed.
Even when 'sfc' was available, many people didnt even know it was not allowed due to the fact that we don't check the rules of conduct every single day just in case we cross a line in game by accident. The fault did not lie in the players, but the game it's self and therefore i do not believe players should be held accountable at all. It was wrong that they did take advantage of this glitch and maybe certain players how 'over used' it should be ( lol likes thats gonna happen they just CSd r9 they r fine to do w/e they want w/o getting banned >< )
However i do believe lowering the cap to lv 103 is the best idea and would make 'the highest level' more realistic for those who cannot play ever day. ty for your time

You can get from 103 to 105 in less then a year just for spending less then 3-4 hours of your time a day leveling on dailies and other things.(Less if youre an APS class). Sure it is a little unfair that some hyper babies glitched to 105. But unless your under 103 (which isnt too hard to get to either). There is no real difference besides a few stat points. And if you know how to play your class better then them it really makes no difference.

Yeah... about 0.1% towards 105, perhaps.

Anyway, first removing something because it's a glitch and then bring it back, calling it a feature? Nah, not gonna work.
I'd rather see something new that's actually intended for getting to 105 (and can actually get you there at a reasonable pace).

If speaking out against an injustice being a high priority means that one doesn't have a life, well, you've a lot of growing up to do. If you don't stand up for yourself, people will soon learn they can walk all over you.

However, in the case of this particular instance of injustice, ranting and raging on the forums isn't going to really accomplish anything. No one who matters (sorry Frankie) and can elicit change is actually going to read this thread. Writing letters to the people in charge (like people did the first time SP was changed) may prove more effective. Well, it certainly has a higher chance of being effective than raging in a thread made for the purpose of venting, anyway.

Seriously though, this is most likely a situation where we just need to accept it and move on.

Do we need it back? No. Would it be fun to see them revert FF to what it was before they "fixed" it and let those of us that took the ToS seriously wipe our *** with it as well? Suuuure.

I'm not crying about not being 105. I just think the people running this game are clueless. What would be the harm at this point? The game is on it's last leg anyway.

From what I can tell as I've been reading through this thread that someone linked earlier in this thread, people have been crying that the game was on its last leg since 2009, and yet, the game is still here. Hell, it's even grown since then (both in terms of game expansions and in terms of additional servers).b:chuckle

LMAO ty now ik it'lltake less than a year if i spend 4 hrz trying 2 lvl daily while others did it in a week LOL

Agreed. The game quite healthy i think. But again, the best solution for justice is to make level 106 dropdead for a temporary period of time...like 6 months (with or without reinstating the glitch). That would allow the non cheaters an opportunity to catch up with the others.

I'm afraid I don't really understand the point of that, since leveling from 105 to 106 in the first place would likely require a ton of exp, which people could just choose to dump in genies or suicide away to avoid hitting 106.b:sad

A lot of people, myself included, plan to leave on the 15th. The biggest blow to the game's population will probably be when Sraw Dliug 2 is released since that one is the biggest threat.

This game will probably exist as long as a few people keep throwing money at it, but the reality is that a large portion of the current playerbase will probably be packing up and leaving. Well, if they have any common sense...

kawaiijen, you say takes less then a year for 103-105 for 3-4 hours a day, well some people dont even have that, some work long hours and maybe get like 3-4 hours on weekends only,
also its not about stat points, u deal less dmg on someone higher level even if they have the same gear as someone the same level. the reduction isnt that much, but its a few % and it can make all the difference. people dont just do it for stat points.....sin pots also, u need lv 105 and a detec pot to see an assasin level 104 with 11 stealth so that mean everyone needs 105 to see most sins? and even then they wont see sins in lv 11 stealth. and in all fairness...who wants to wait a year for 2 levels? i mean...get real, some like to TT, Fc, pk, nirv a mix, cant just live in FC to gain 2 levels its inpractical and makes the game VERY dull VERY fast. ^_^ b:bye

The game is somewhat healthy yes, but compared to say the time around the Rising Tide xpac, this game is a ghost town and alot more unfriendlier. There's a reason there's a fairly large portion of people expressing their discontent at the game now more than ever ..


@KawaiiJen: You make it sound like it's nothing and is a blast all the time. Doing the same thing in game, day in day out for 365 days straight gets tedious. How much do people pay for extra stat points on HT?
For example, 11/12 stat points difference between LUAD and PanGu Creator. What the price difference? 100m for 11/12 stat point? How much do people spend on getting 10 stat point on nirvana pants instead of 8 or 9? How much do people pay for 2 stat engraved rings compared to 1 stat? 10-15 stat points can be 500+ hp, 300+ attack, whatever. It can make the difference.

I already know more than two handfuls of people who are pretty much deserting this game due to the release of that game. A few are already pretty much gone, taking part in the Beta.

I, myself, am entertaining the idea of buying it. If I do, I probably won't be around that much, just enough to make sure that things are in order in Narla.

PWE failed to keep their customer base happy, failed to fix glitches, got too greedy. Its the name of the game.

You say it clearly here, and I dont see any other outcome than this:

Give all players equal opportunity as the offenders, and give them xp from this boss in FC also.

Not as a temporary fix, but keep it like that for the rest of the time PWI servers are online.
