    Just so u know, october 1st is chinese national day and everyone in china get 1 week free from 1st october to 7th october. Its 1 of the 2 only vacations for whole country and noone is working. When noone is on working in china, theres noone to give PWI international green light for r9 earthguard release.... So my guess, earliest october 12th.....

    No one is working so all the electricity is shut off cause no one to manage the power plants and no one can get gas cause the gas station all closed. And anyone can rob a bank because no police working. Good time to go to China I guess.
