it has been over 6 weeks since r9 for earthguard was released on the chinese servers.
what i want to know is what is keeping us from having access to it. seems to me that we that play the new classes have been patient enough, however, we are still denied the same equal treatment. How can we enjoy the game when we are robbed of the same possibilities gear wise, why are earthguards still a underclass?
I think that all of us that made earthguards our main character deserve an explanation.
this is simply unfair costumer treatment, a bit has if we are second rate costumers.
i am quite sure that some of us already invested in tokens and medals to have the gear, and the waiting for its release patch after patch, is simply sickening.
i myself see no reasonable issue that prevents the release of the r9 for earthguards other than a pure carelessness from those that manage this game, and do not take costumer satisfaction into consideration.
So i ask all those that feel the same way to keep bumping this thread until we get the clear answer we deserve.

I just did the maths yesterday ... 1585 golds stucked in r9 tokens+medals+10* orbs. Honestly my patience is running low and im pretty sure im not the only one. Why on earth do you release a new class when you are not able to fully support it and get it in line with the old ones? I really wonder what financial benefits does PWI have from keeping r9 not released for so long... I know we are behind CN with a few weeks up to 1 month but this is already ridiculous.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

It's been 5 weeks ago since wanmei (PW-CN) released rank 9 for the earthguard class. My question, will it come out tomorrow after maint (if there will be a maint)?
If not i'll expect atleast another month waiting time on rank 9 for EG class and honestly after waiting for atleast 4 months i've reached my limit.
If the developers even cared a little bit they would have gotten the update for rank 9 already. But they don't, and even the moderators of PWE appear to scam us and keep us in the dark by not giving us any information. The reason they keep us in the dark is they have absolutely no idea or knowkledge about what's happening to the game and the development of it. I've witnessed this by having a chat with a moderator where i had to explain what the problem was, because apparently the problem wasn't known to this person. And how it could be fixed. Of course i did not get any answers to the questions simply because they are clueless.
I've really reached my limit when it comes to PWE and wanmei. Not only because of rank 9 for the EG class but also because of the whole deal about base wars. Tremblewith had to make a big effort so we could finally hear after 6 months that base wars won't come anymore.
I can tell that a major portion of the PWI community is face palming, banging their heads to the wall and laughing hard at this giant mismanagement.
And all i'm asking for is a very simple fix (changing 3 digits) since 3 months ago.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I think it's kind of obvious why they haven't released it. Anyone who's bought rank 9 for their earthguards dont matter anymore since they spent their money already. Just like guild bases, If pwi has your money already theres no rush to give you what they already promised you. A+ Customer service.

Maybe the deve's have finally realised how O.P Tideborn is, with r9, and dont want this class to have the same fate, altho a rank 8 seeker, can EASILY kill a r9 other class. Altho, any class with r9 is very O.P. To people QQing over no r9 for E.G suck it up, if you really want r9 you'll do it on a diff char, if thats what you want so badly.b:cute0

We were playing the game fine before when the main sellers were charms, dolls, exp scrolls and then fash/mounts/flyers etc on the side, I paid for those stuff my self, we don't need rich over powered players to be able to play the game "for free", just sayin.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I've had my gear for r9 waiting for almost 6 weeks now... every single MoG I have and General Summer Token that I have is 100% non-cash. I farmed the coin for it all. I'm not saying "oh b/c I'm not a cashie I'm better then the cashies" because I don't think that. I am just saying that I have worked my butt off in game so hard to get the gear.
I was originally going to spend it on my archer who is 101. But as soon as the expansion came out I fell in love with my mystic and no longer want to have my archer as my main.
When CN got the r9 gear 6 weeks ago I was so excited. The reason why I am so mad at perfect world is the update is there and yet we still do not get it... I find that unfair. 6 long weeks for nothing.... it's depressing to think about.
and though pwi is coming out with it eventually I really do not know how much longer I can wait. I want to play the class that I enjoy most but I also love to advance my char's and make them better. For the past 4 months I have not mad any advancements on my mystics gear because it would just be a waste of money since I'm getting my rank 9. Having other good geared people fight me is really depressing because I refuse to do anything to my current gear. I hate to waste money. It just makes this game unbearable to play sometimes. b:sad
EDIT: Also, is there any way we can talk to someone and really get an answer about this? We have been waiting so long as it is and I do feel like we deserve some kind of answer to our questions. I'm just loling at all the seekers (like the OP) with the r9 ring, QQing about their r9 quest for EG not being implemented ingame. R9 doesn't make you any more of a factor.

one can choose to go r9 or not to invest in it, this is not the point. the point is, why is the new class not allowed the same game principles has all others.
first it was because the r9 for EG had not been released in the chinese servers. so we had to accept that has a valid reason for it.
when it was released we had to accept the fact that we would only get it 1 month after its release on the chinese servers, because that was the time frame given for the implementation on pwi.
we are over 6 weeks, and frankly i dont see any reason why we are still in the same situation.
what i really want is the abbility to make a choice, something i dont have at the moment, because r9 for EG is non-existant.
so a player of the new classes has a different treatment than the other players, simply because he is not allowed the right to choose (r9 or no r9). he has to accept that the class he plays is not on equal terms has all the others. to me this is unfair treatment of players.
and i believe in equal opportunities when it comes to items and gear, the right of access.
if you get them or not, that is a different issue, however they should be available to all in an equal basis.0 -
Guys, I can understand your frustration at the delay in releasing Rank 9. I would feel the same way if I had spent the money you guys had on it, and been made to wait. However, you have to realize one thing... the PWE GMs and other staff can't release EG Rank 9 until they are told they can by China. This means that China could very well delay the release for as long as they choose, and PWE can't say anything about it.
Just remember that PWE doesn't always have the option to do what you want when you want it, no matter how much they would like to.0 -

Guess what? They have 0 obligation to release R9 for earthguards. You already gave them your money by buying tokens/etc beforehand, why should they care? They are just laughing and enjoying your money over in China.

Don't blame everything on PWE. China has a lot to do with when content is released here, since they are the parent company. They could be choosing to delay the EG Rank 9, and if that's the case, PWE can do nothing about it.0 -

They extended the sale another week so I hope that has to do with EG getting r9.
But they did not give us a reason why. Most would assume that they are going to come out with EG r9 this sale and yet they did not even tell us why they extended the rep sale for another week.
