    I've been reading through these and I'd just like to say.
    The best thing to do, is play your own way among your friends, and don't pay attention to whats going on outside of that. What the trends or current expectations are. Set your own reasonable goals, and go for them.

    Find people who genuinely enjoy playing their character, and want to experience different aspects of the game because of this genuine enjoyment.

    I'm the kind of person who enjoys helping people with what they need, be it TT runs(they keep mats), 20x3s, Unwined and untabbed fb quest runs( for the noobs who didn't get it right the first time and still need things inside the cave.),
    I enjoy doing all these because I like being an archer. I think it's fun, and I like doing things that allow me to play my archer in group setting.

    These things that we don't like about todays PWI can go right over our heads if we allow them to.

    I remember when Gold charms were about 150k and I couldent afford them, I remember when doing my fb19, all you could get help from were people your own level, and it was a load of fun actually having to try.

    I remember having to go uphill to kill mobs...both ways...barefoot...in the snow...and walk 5 miles to the skill master afterwards...and i was thankful to do it :p

    i remember when i spent hours and hours trying to find clerics that could survive belial and help me farm my gx's
    i remember when having gx's was the coolest thing on the server

    i remember drum lord in 1-3 oneshotting barbs

    but yeah most of all i remember the hours of sitting in a chatroom with 20+ other ppl, all dieing to get into the fb quests ppl searched help for

    It also helped level my char 60-70 (which was considered high level back then) b:victory I got enough Silvers and Bronzes to get my Violet Lightning Egg. There were only a very small handful of them on Sanctuary at the time too. I remember someone offering 10M coins for it which was an insane amount back then.

    And to this day, I still have that horse in use b:cute and will never be replaced...ever. They went in Cash shop not long after I obtained it, which really pissed me off. b:angry

    remember spaming wc for FQ.....and 3 star gear was god-like....
    i kept my fb19 weapon till i was lvl 40 :P

    i remember when RQ mainly big time used to patrol the swamps and i had to call my brother to come save me so i could quest b:sad

    things were so much better back then, note the no retarted tags on our messages, actually doing quests to get exp before bounty hunters etc.

    one of my favorite things to do was solo justice quests on the horses near south barrier, it actually made me feel like i was achieving somthing... long live pre-ani pack PWI.

    I remember when it was hard to get to Rank 8 cause u had to do QUESTS and FBs (helping lower lvls was best way) to get enough reputation.
    That times Rank ppl were special...

    I remember when Barbs were PROUD being able to Tank Bosses.
    Now much of them asking for Money to tank... SHAME !!!

    I remember when Guilds invites lower lvls and helped them growing up.
    That was more Family like ... now all just want 90+
    pffff no one cares about low lvl newbies anymore

    I remember when not everyone ask for aps ppl and u needed a Squad to do TT and such.
    It was more fun and ppl were doing more together and not trying to solo as much as possible only for bigger profit.

    I remember when oracles came about, and people were standing by that first oracle spider in huge lines, being all polite to one another waiting for there turn.

    Now you see some high lvl standing there with his alt making sure he gets the damned oracle spider before anyone else and if someone else got to it before him/her they would just ks the person start up drama and keep going. Q_Q
