[East Coast Server Issues] 3-24-11

Hey all,

The East Coast Servers (Harshlands, Dreamweaver, Raging Tide) are currently having some issues-- players are getting disconnected and unable to log in. We're looking at it right now and we're working as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your patience, and we'll definitely be doing something to make this up to you, loyal inhabitants of our eastern colonies!



Update( 3/23/11 ): Servers have been brought back up and stabilized. We are deeply sorry about the inconvenience, and as a thank you for sticking with us, we're going to turn on 2x EXP/Spirit/Drops this weekend!

So starting Friday 3/25 at Noon PST, and ending on Monday 3/28 at Noon PST, you guys will get the full 2x treatment :)


GrimReaperHC/ Update ( 3/24/11 ) : It seems that the East Coast Servers are down again. Please keep on posting here. Hopefully everything will be fixed soon.

    According to the FW forums, PWE is under a DDoS attack atm, and that's what's causing the issues. Just for public consumption.

    The people over at FW are a lot more... forthcoming and intimate with their public relations.

    I put too much time/effort/money in PWI to switch to anything else. I plan on downloading FW to play around, but going to stick to F2P on it.

    PWI needs to remember that communication is the key to a positive relationship. Maybe we need to go to family counseling again..... b:sad

    Umm, I don't think it's game specific, it's company wide. All Eastern servers of PWE were attacked apparently, not just PWI. They must host at the same place.

    Well, PWI could generously give us some 2x for like 1 week for this unfortunate event.

    Dont make us wait until Easter holiday for the 2x drops... the poor non-cash-shopers like me will go bankrupt from just trades ...

    b:victory 2 X drops would be a Blessing from GMs and would wash all the PWE connectivity issues from our fried brains. b:victory
