    others told you the same without math because str is the main source of damage while wasting 20 dex points gives you (1%) less than 20 str. not to mention that less str is also less pdef

    Yes I understand why they are saying str build etc. But how much more do you have misses too.

    BM's have skills to....


    Demon Glacial Spike :50% chance to make all hits critical for 5 secs
    Demon Drake Breath Bash: grants 135% bonus Fire damage.
    Demon Heavens Flame:increases damage over time to 100% of damage
    taken and increases duration to 9 seconds.

    and yeah...u can do all that at once if u know wtf ur doing, like Ajay does. So ur lil 40% extra dmg from crits with wolf emblem doesn't looks so tough now :<

    lol? the only time ive seen this was in delta, on a boss with every debuff in the book, sage sparked, and buffed with every buff + auras. even then, this is still damage per hit, and in the time it took you to cast that, an assassin, properly geared, could easy do 3-5x that damage.

    Mmm @ Oak, for purposes of the Crit misuse, I use it 3 times in 3 sparks then 1 w/o due to cool down's. Allows me to keep up with the 4.0 dps ers generally.

    Keep in mind this does lose a set time of your spark, but eh it's worth it to me when you time it well with hf/mire/amp/psn

    1st)350+ to start ~ Triple, Rising Dragon, Dash, Cancel, auto

    2nd)Triple, Inner, Dash, Cancel, auto

    3rd) Triple, Rising, Dash, Cancel, auto

    4th)Triple, auto, by the time this spark is up, cool down's are gone and ready to restart from first.

    wolf emblem is instant cast. inner is instant cast and enough chi for 2 spark skills like demon subsea or dash. also i think with all the atk speed can also keep up demon chill for extra 30 atk lvl
    if people wonder about missing hits at 4.2k accuracy i dont know what to say

    nirvana is so easy... is tankable by my veno too
    plus 2 days ago a sin tanked 3-3 stellation too and had like 2.x aps and all LA. despite the fact that there were 2x deicide in squad

    LMAO? Wtf are all these casters doing sucking Ajay's **** and speculating on aspect of the game that they have no clue about? Ajay's the only BM in the world that knows how to cancel cast? There's a whole different world out there than standing around Orchid Temple and pk-dueling people.

    It's simple game mechanics. You are not going to cut a tree down faster with a baseball bat than using an ax.

    The aura buffs are not constantly done, they get re-applied in pulses basically. So I demon spark, and for a few seconds I get full normal spark damage. Then the damage aura reapplies and I am normal aura damage + attack speed boost of the spark. Kinda annoying when killing bosses.

    ~90k+ DPS triple sparked is what people do with refined claws/fists/whatever.

    Well, you and Aubree sure sound ignorant of melee classes.

    base damage = attack multiplier * weapon attack
    Bm's attack multiplier = 1 + STR/150 + weapon mastery + physical attack buffs
    Sin's attack multiplier = 1 + DEX/150 + weapon mastery + physical attack buffs

    Daggers already have a higher "weapon attack" so fists are behind to start out with, if both are at the same attack speed. Ajay can pump all the DEX he wants, he will only get crit rate from them while a Sin having the same DEX gets damage multiplier along with crit rate.

    -Cancel cast spike is matched by cancel cast Dash
    -Cancel DBB takes like 3 seconds which is 15 attacks gone while Condense Thron is much faster to cast.
    -You can't cancel cast HF so he's giving up 2 sparks for the amp and he'll still hit about as hard as a Sin even with HF amp.

    = 194660. DPS for all of the 5s in which all of your attacks critical

    Which is kind of nice, but lets say you have a sin with +12 daggers

    maybe that sin can cancel Power Dash too if you're going to cancel DBB and Glacial Spike:

    (18461 + 21430)/2*(0.76*2.4 + 0.24)*5
    = 205838. DPS for all of 8s of Power Dash buff

    BM beat sin in DPS is theoretically not possible, especially in longer, drawn-out DPS tasks in which your temporary buffs run out. Canceling skills by weapon switch realistically still takes time away from attacking, and every fraction of a second counts when people are attacking at 5/s.

    Nothing out DDs daggers, whether you like it or not.

    Then again, does it really matter if a boss dies in 65 instead of 60 seconds? Get magic classes with same refines and it's gonna take 60 minutes. So yeah.
