    I've kept my faith and good feelings toward you all at PW and giving you all the benefit of the doubt of not being completely greedy. I'm extremely disappointed. And yes, I do have an account stash and have since they came out. I'm not angry because I'm not getting what I want. I'm disappointed in you all. If you could move these mounts for people last year because there were no stones yet, you should be able to do it now, and you should do so. Its very nice of you all to give these gifts, but all this says to me is 'greed greed greed. Buy the account stone.' Here I've been going around telling these poor people who's mounts got sent to unused characters that they should send tickets and the nice people of PW would help them out... I can't express my disappointment but to say it multiple times. b:surrender Its just one item. And one item that you've once before done this service for. You've basically turned this nice free gift, to some people, into a $15 'sale'. If they want it, they have to buy the account stone. Shame on you.

    Lock this if you need to, but I need my feelings heard. I hope you take it to heart how this all looks to all of those who had faith in the company.


    EDIT: Anyway, we've had a mod response, and in hopes that there's no more insults or complaining coming from this thread as it was meant to be just a statement of opinion, if another mod comes by and reads this, I would be grateful if you went ahead and closed this. Again, thank you for reading and considering your players' feelings in this matter. I wish things could be different for those less fortunate this year, but while I'm still disappointed that it came to this, I understand your positions. *nods*



    uhhh i guess they can delete their "unused account" or hyper lvl past it these days..they had a year.I got stuff on my main i hardly play anymore and my alt on that acccount has no mount..am i complaining ...uhhh hell no.
    This game is like washing hair with shampoo... Rinse and repeat if desired.

    all i really have to say is you seriously are an idiot. you quoted michael saying his butthurt that people got multiple mounts and stuff and he only got one and using his threat title as an argument. IF you bothered to read the first post he made you would know this is a PARODY on people QQing and his not actually complaining about only getting one

    If you have a high lvl char your free gift went to that you no longer play then its your own fault.

    Theres a feature that allows you to delete chars you no longer use .

    So you only have yourself to blame if the mount went to a char you no longer use.

    a mount its not even that useful now, where do you use it... in FC or BH?

    I had no idea they were going to give anything away again. Noone knew that. We could only guess. And who was to say they would only send it to the highest character if they did?

    This just makes me angry. For god's sake. Who made it your god-given decision that just because someone doesn't use their highest level anymore that they want to delete it? Hell if I would ever do that. That far too much work to just throw away. Some people aren't as fortunate as you, I guess to be able to toss that all to the side as if it never existed without a second thought. Perhaps its not their main anymore, but they may want to return to it someday. Show some compassion. Jesus. Maybe your characters aren't that important to you, but some of us have good memories that we wouldn't want to just delete for the sake of a mount. Perhaps we just want the mount on a character we use "More Often".

    Not sure if this was already corrected in the mess of this thread, but they also sent a mount out to the highest character per server last year as well. I remembered wondering why my BM didn't have it since I had played them the previous 6 months as my main. Swapped to HT and my old veno had it and sent in a ticket. Later checked my highest level on Sanc server and it had the ticket I was looking for. So got 2 last year, and 2 again this year. But this year my BM got it.

    As a side note, I didn't cry last year or bother the customer service to change it over. For the simple fact that it's a freaking game and the world will not end over it.
