    I think this is a perfect summary... I'd argue that Sage Blood Paint is well worth it so my count was D:S | 11:6 but in the end that hardly makes a difference. Psychics will be more balanced across the cultivations thought which is nice. Demon Assassin books will be incredibly expensive though so good luck to you all!
    @keyshey: They do not get their health back after the buff wears off. So it basically does 10% damage too.

    Does it not occur to you that Assassins as specialist Classes that Attack, kill their opponent in as lil amount of time as possible then disappear without a trace? Does it not occur to you that we get chi like madman so we can pretty much spam our Sparks if needed? Oh and lastly, did it occur to you that Assassins are not meant to kill Heavy armor because we are SQUISHY??? If so, why do you worry about DPS when if you can get totally past an enemies charm, arnt the kinda dead anyway??? Just my opinion, but you guys really need to research what an assassin really is before blurting out "Omg DPS is better" when in the end, it will get you killed, mmk?

    i am going to say this. people use CoD in pvp mainly because they have no wear near the atk speed needed for decent DPS. it has DPH vs DPS has been discussed to death and the results have always been in favor of DPS. but good DPS is not a easy thing to get in this game.

    DPS is what takes down HAs, DPH is what takes down squishies alot faster. but the thing is sins can already take down squishies extremely fast even without sage/demon forms. so the real question you need to ask yourself is "will we have enought DPH as sage to take down a HA before they take us down?"

    imho i do not think you will. as you said yourself sins are a very squishy class. and all of there atks are physical based atks going up against targets that have the best Pdef and HP in the game. ontop of that one of your sage skills makes you even more squishy because of the -50% armor break effect.

    with DPS we will have high speed atks and near constant crits to take down HAs faster then DPHing will do on HAs. think about it for a second. 5atks per second combined with power dash+demon sparks+subsea+wolf emblems 40% crit dmg increase+armor breaks from genie skills like tangling mire=ownage

    that is more dmg then any kind of DPH will do to a HA in a very very short timeframe. and demon sins still have amazing chi gaining skills so chi will not be a issue especially combined with 5atks per second.

    so that yes when it boils down to sage sin vs demon sin the question you HAVE to ask yourself is "can i take down HAs faster with skill spamming and DPHing or DPSing?" because after all HAs is our weakness and what we have trouble dealing with the most. if we can take down HAs we are all set.

    I'd prefer demon
    having 1 weak skill and
    spamming tons of OP skills that can stun lock like a **** wins

    then having 1 strong skill and what?
    teleporting to them every 30 sec until they die of boredom?
    using aoe skills that do far less dmg then Thoat Cut/ Headhunt ?

    Sage Cant Stun lock as perfectly as a Demon
    so when u use the *50% less defence* on the weakest endgame armor
    and u cant stunlock, they will stun u or just 1 hit u
    before u know what happened

    ppl should also remember CoD is only 5 atk lvls higher then a regular CoD. that is like what 5% increase? its not that significant. and sage raving slash only lasts 5 seconds and the skill itself does pitiful dmg and costs chi at that. i think people are giving to much credit to sage CoD and overhyping it way to much.

    its no diffrent from the gear you will need to support all the tanking you will be doing against HAs with a -50% armor break debuff tbh =/ and if you actually intend to even think about trying to 2 or 3 hit HAs be prepared to make +10 or higher daggers and Patk ornaments.

    both sage and demon require expensive gear to make the most of them.

    A content pack is being prepared. Not only will the tideborns get their demon and sage skills, you'll get a chance to switch from demon to sage or sage to demon if you don't like the path you chose. So when the time comes, try both and find out for yourself which is a better fit.

    at first i used cotd but nowadays cotd is pretty much useless.. i never use it.. seems to be pointless, stunlock and regular hitting does fine against most if not all things.

    Most of the page is just advertising fluff. Here's what I can distill from reading it.

    1. Public testing of the content on the Chinese servers starts on March 31st.
    2. Tideborns get their demon/sage skills.
    3. At certain points during your sage/demon cultivation, you will have the choice to switch sides. (I'm guessing that if it's restricted, it'll probably occur at levels 99 and 100)
    4. There are hints at other added content in the demon/sage worlds in terms of instances, mobs, gears, etc. No elaborations on them, so don't keep your hopes too high.

    It's added game content, not a cashshop pack. Though I wouldn't be surprised if there are CS pack releases to celebrate the content update...

    Guys I'm a psy so I really don't care about all this sin stuff so can someone give me some psy analysis plz. Here's my two cents on who has the edge on each skill

    Aqua Impact: Demon (if that attack reduced is correct i like it)
    Black Vodoo: Sage
    Torrent: Sage
    Bubble: Sage
    Aqua Cannon: Demon (if ur really trying to immobolize at this range ur already dead)
    Glacial Shards: Demon (big time op I love it)
    Emp Vigor: Demon
    Disturb Soul: Even
    Tide Spirit: Demon
    Red Tide: Demon
    Aqua Spirit: Sage
    Earthen Spirit: Sage
    Spirit Blast: Demon
    White Vodoo: Sage
    Landslide: Even
    Sandburst: Demon (who wants extended range that could bring unwanted aggro)
    Dim Vigor: Demon
    Soulburn: Sage
    Earth Vector: Demon (1 spark wth)
    Psy Will: Demon
    Vengeance: Sage (this would be a god send to any tank in ur squad)
    Soul Stunning: Demon
    Soul Silence: Demon (this needs a better cast chance cause it can be really useful)
    Soul Vengeance: Sage (reduced dmg is what i use this for)

I know u guys seemed like sage at first but i'm kinda leaning demon a bit, maybe its just my play style. I will admit that the sage bubble and dots are really tempting. Where is sandtrap btw that would give sage another point probably.

    If you realize that demon or sage doesn't suit your play style, just change b:cute

    And all the poor BM/Archer etc that went sage long ago before it became slightly gimped due to event gear, easy obtainable skills and genies b:surrender.

    Its far better than having people abandon their char b/c they picked wrong culti.

    Sage does a few nice skills where they beat demon. But in all you also have to take into consideration that demon will have demon spark which normally is like 25% extra attack speed for 15 sec, sage skills needs to be prettty effing amazing to compete with that.

    Demon also gets their own Sharpen tooth arrow, Demon gets a skill similar to quick shoot with 20% attack speed. Demon also gets longer stuns/sleep and more range and more crit and will have 240% rage dmg.

    Sage Shadow Escape is pretty amazing with the purify, same with Raving Slash that gives a 50% armor break (alltho i never use that skill). Sage seems more of a Chill of the Deep -> skill spammer > 1-3 shoot type it seems. While demon is more dps and chain stuns.

    I really doubt many sins will go sage, unless the sage triple spark will have a better mod than dmg reduction like bms/archers and barbs get. If sage triple spark adds more attack or attack speed it might be a very good option but not otherwise.



    Actually, theres no news if Sins will get the -interval spark. If it happens thats awesome, but there is a chance that sins will get a Veno spark instead something like 650% weapon attackfor 15 seconds.

    Im also glad that sins dont get an elemental boost like blazing arrow, I'd hate it if that happened QQ

    btw i dont know which to select, cause with sage i get +30% damage with daggers meaning 60%normal +30% sage =90%) for me it by pass for much the demon wich is only +1% crit
    cause fora a sin that should be like 2%+

    about the raving slash, read it again cause i doent lower the oponet defence for 50, it lower YOUR SELF DEFENCE for 50% (its like the frenzy)
