    One run i did a while ago had the banking system but no picking order.

    At the end mats were auctioned off to the highest bidder in the squad who dropped the coins to split.

    It was a real nice run , i got a couple of mats i wanted and the other mats ppl bought payed for them.

    Its just too bad every time i suggest this no one wants to do it.

    What the deuce ? So instead of just buying it, that person decides to waste an hour or more for something that could be bought within a few seconds ?

    Well I'm still quite a NOOB at the game, only been playing for 3 months, but I must admit, I love doing TT runs with or without a squad, with a squad is better, cause then you can exchange extra mats u don't need for something u need

    Or if you run solo or don't exchange it can be very profitable to sell the extra mats, I've done that to get money to help me get back some pots and then lvl my skills, so I say stick to running TT, its not that hard if even a NOOB can do it, and it help a lot on building rep with people

    Yes, a necro from almost 2 years ago, but anyone notice that now it's basically become second nature just to buy TT mats? Most likely because they're cheaper now (especially during 2x), but also because people are just too ****ing lazy to do the lower TT's anymore. b:surrender My sin's gonna have a fun time just getting her TT90 boots unless I farm+sell+buy.

    And who actually buys mats? They're so easy to farm. I farmed a friend's 90 gear. Made 70's, decomped, 80's, decomped and then made 90 gear... I started out with a few mats already in my bank, but got the full 90 set done after several hours of farming. Too easy.

    To farm, you need to find a group of similarly leveled people to do runs with. That can be the difficult part if you're not in a larger faction, or one with a group of people in your level range. This whole 'first pick/last pick' **** is BS. It doesn't work. You split the mats equally at the end, or you help each other farm the runs you need until everyone gets what they need.

    After you do this a few times, you start to form a group of people who will desire to farm for both mats and coin, and then it becomes easy. The hardest part is reaching out to actually find these non-greedy people who will help you with your runs knowing that you'll be helping them on the next run.

    This is the basic principle that I've helped teach in the last faction that I was in. I tworks quite well, but someone needs to get off their ***, start asking people if they need runs, and actually start creating the parties... when people see you're doing this successfully, more people will want to join.

    Of course, you'll find the epic greed and epic fails, but you'll also find good people that you'll be able to run instances with... This also works with regular BH partners too.

    couldn't agree with you more...i always hated doing TT runs because i was always considered the least important in the squad so got last pick..even tho my pet was the best DD

    but to be honest the mats should be distributed equally amongst the entire group then they can be traded for what you need...otherwise why bother..easier to just buy from ah to get what you need

    Yes, but in the time you spent farming it, you could have been sleeping. Or trolling WC. Or eating. Or watching videos of explicit nature while possibly causing yourself bodily harm. b:chuckle
