    So many people leaving Radiance lately. High profile names with high levels.

    I have a feeling future battles between Rad and Enrage are not going to be as fun. b:sad

    But on the bright side, the other guilds will be able to pick up some good talent, thus resulting in more people possibly attacking Enrage. b:victory

    People tend to resign from guilds for a reason, generally they don't just do it on a whim. When those reasons aren't addressed and left unchecked it only stands to reason that more and more people will leave as the problem just attaches itself to a different target creating even more disharmony and confusion among those that remain. True leaders never ignore or sidestep the hard decisions, it's these very obstacles that determine ultimate success or failure in any venture. Obviously this is one lesson that Radiance are yet to learn, and until someone 'stops the rot' they'll continue to lose depth.
    On a positive note, I have to agree that all these high level players going to other factions is a good thing, I am sure they can help them grow with their experiences in game play and TW strategies, it would be nice to see some smaller factions stamp their mark on the map. Maybe some of them will have the balls to attack Enrage, god I hope so :P.

    I honestly dont know, Im just hoping they will. I know its not cheap to bid in land but if guilds would look at it from a fun aspect and not so much of a we wont win so why bother it would be better.

    For all the jerks Enrage can be, we are good to guilds in TW. Depending on our past relationships with you, we dont always just go in and crush crush crush. If you talk to the leaders beforehand they may be willing to let you explore and test your skills out against us before we kill your crystal. Though we will fight you for real in the end.

    So to all you guilds dont be so afraid, look at it as something fun to do on your weekend nights if your going to be on the game anyway.
