    Depends of the clauses included in the contracts.

    If a european company buy the rights to PW for the european territory, others may be ordered to put IP bans into effects. As they will most likely be asked to block any non-europeans from playing.

    Otherwise, they may pay extra to not have IP bans implemented, like Cubinet did for their Engrish servers.

    (We are still waiting to see any improvements or changes beign implemented. More empty promises from PWI?)

    ^ well if they do block europe suddenly, they will have to do something about european users. for example moving their characters with all the item mall items to the european server =P

    Or else there might be some problems for the european server not getting enough players because most of them will be too frustrated to start from scratch. (I know i would be)

    But i think the ip ban is nice.

    I think the reason it's International and not NA is because it includes a Euro license (could be wrong though)

    I really doubt any of the people blocked from this version will care because they have their own localized version

    The GuildMaster for ☆Black☆ is bb who was a 100+ WR from ☆Warlord☆. There are a lot of non-☆Warlord☆ players in the guild. They also own the alt ★Warlord★.     I am ambivalent regarding the IP block. I think w2i.wanmei.com was region free, but I think I was like the only person not from China in the server I was logged on. International construes international version, versus just a national version which has been the status quo thus far of most the existing servers (i.e. PW-CN,PW-TW,PW-JP, etc.) Technically, I suppose just having two countries (i.e. Canada and the U.S.) can be described as international though a bit non-specific. Please don't block Europe! Territory War times can work for both Europe and North America. (And Africa, Antartica, etc.)

    Yeah, Europe shouldn't be blocked. Canada/US/Europe should be the only country that is allowed to play here, and maybe Brazil.

    My thoughts exactly. And U got friends that will be affected by this..soo im not to happy..i mat have to re think this. A lvl 80+ in my with friends..or a lvl 1 alone with no friends..hmm which should i pick

    It is international, but they're just blocking the ip from other regions whom already have a pw server of their own. ;)

    1 of the very few reasons why i also left.. WL owned and operated everything and they had plenty of "backup" to do pretty much what they wanted. If u were put on kos eventually ur gulid fell apart..i was around for the original Myth and saw 1st hand what they did to them. was not pretty.
    not to mention the corruption on the server

    I'm glad for it. Hopefully it'll give the game a fresh start, so we can build a halfway decent community from the get go. And not have to worry about guilds/players coming over from those versions to try and take control. That'd be nice.

    Yes i am very happy about the IP block.

    For a few reasons actully.

    1.It will reduce the all around amount of people in the game preventing overcrowded servers.

    2.It will stop most gold advertising spammers that reside in china which i think will be IP blocked.

    3.I think they deserve it because i tried to play some game on game tribe and they were very mean to me and would not let me play:(:(:(

    I'm happy about it for two reasons:

    1. It's only fair because they already have their own versions to play.

    2. It will reduce the lag from countries that have poor internet connections with the rest of the world (Malaysia).

    IP banning countries that already have their own servers is an excellent idea. I am not from those countries nor am I Canadian, American, European or Brazilian , im a Kiwi from New Zealand so where would we fit in to this equation.

    Im happy as daisies for the ip block but you can add New Zealand to that list that should be allowed to play here not every country has its own version >.<

    the blocklist only includes countries who already have tehir own version. if new zealand doesn't have one, then it won't be blocked :p

    Good point there suga :p I hope not coz Im actually looking forward in playing a game where ppl can get help when and if they need it
