It's impossible to log in in Downglory. People that were inside game can play but if we aren't there we can't.

    I can't contact anyone as I still don't have a contact.

    Kalyst has also left PWE.

    Hope everything is OK now tho

    Sorry all,

    We still can't log in so it's not okay. Almost 2h have passed.

    I hope it will get resolved soon. :(

    It keep sayin that Dawnglory is down, sometimes it shows a ping of 3.000 then 700+ ... some are able to logg after 20 tries ... + the server lagg like hell

    it would be really appreciated if we could actually either get a new CM or at least an option to emergency inform someone either in amsterdam or california about issues.

    been trying to log back on over the last 2.5 hrs, no luck. keeps showing dawn glory as "down". logged off in the first place due to almost 20k ping.

    another stellar friday for pwi players.

    Hope you all are back online.

    At the moment I'm back home (nearby the server lol) and had to log in on Dawnglory just to test if it was up and running.

    edit: (for below) - yes, server was (and is) active so people could log in again

    I've asked for a contact. We have always had one just don't at the moment.

    We have a CM tho. I dont think they get as much time to check things as they should.

    Im sure someone will notice it soon and get it sorted if its not already.

    No, there will not be any compensation for anyone except for PWE: charge- and spend rewards lol :D

    Same problem again. It's really laggy and i get DC all the time and when I try to go back it takes a lot of time to log in.
    When I tried to enter XNW it dc me, and when I tried to leave, same. Even at start screen it shows Downglory with 2000ms...

    When are we going to get a solution???
