I think the raffle for DC rewards would work. Give something to the factions that kept fighting but giving the rewards as they are again is just plain unfair. Make it a raffle.

For all the crybabies wanting a raffle, thats the most ridiculous decision PWE could make. The rankings arent fair but what fair would it be to potentially give helm to a faction, which had no real chance of winning one?

There is only 1 faction, which has any grounds to QQ and its Tempest. But even Tempest only won what, Crisis in 1vs1 when Crisis was at its low point? But they did indeed acquire quite a bit of points during this "season". Either way, short of Tempest there is no faction which has any grounds outside of ranked top3 to demand helms.

I agree, and furthermore it shouldn't matter who a faction beat and who a faction lost to throughout the course of the season. There are more factors at play than just a 1v1 TW, some factions have multiple fights vs other factions and are unable to defend all other factions. The same goes for regular TW, it isn't about how many TW's you won against the top faction, it's about how many lands you have at the end of the season, regardless if it's from ganking the top faction every week or not. XTW is setup the same, it's not about who beat who, it's about who ended up with the most points strategically. I think this is fairly common sense. Exactly, no faction has grounds for crest because of the messed up DC system along with resets. That's the entire REASON the random raffle was brought up.

I'm tired of arguing about which faction deserves what if even a random raffle is declared unfair.

Ok. Lets make everyone happy then. Give all the Crest of Dominators to Tempest, or just keep it the way it is and lets just get on with the next season, there's no point arguing about a messed up system anyway.

The last time that the Cross-Server Dragon Conquest Tournament ended (4 months ago),
The map did not get reset. Due to the map not resetting, the new season started with some guilds already in the lead.

The complaint being made by those who ranked poorly, is that they were started out at a disadvantage.

So, due to PWE failing to reset the map before this season started, they want you to invalidate the last 4 months of the tournament (16 Weeks, 32 hours of game time, and billions of coins of spent resources) and they want you to cancel the prizes for those who placed well this season.​​

To be honest it's perfectly fair to invalidate the results, if said results started out with an advantage/disadvantage due to PWE's failure to reset the map (or any other means how the advantage got in place).
No matter how much time passed, even if 2 weeks of said advantage/disadvantage occurred, that's still 2 weeks worth of points. And that can make quite a difference.

It's like saying that someone in a race got a false start, goes ahead of everyone with a 5 second head start, and then that person wins, but it's valid because **** everyone else.​​

What you are saying is stupid, the first xtw season, there were bug and some faction got more point without do nothing too, they got their reward, I don't see why now those 3 top faction would not have their Chest.
And stop to talk about raffle, xTw is already a lot about luck for territories, so no need more luck for those rewards...

Why are people arguing about this?
After the 1st (debacle) tourney.. there was NO reset and NO notification that there was a new tourney starting.

This left the top 3-5 guilds having a huge point spread over the rest of the guilds and some guilds stopped trying.

Of course those guilds are being loud and obnoxious wanting to get rewards for a tournament that was even more skewed then the first “official” one.​​

Sorry that isn't the case. There is no way to predict the winner is because of the circumstances surrounding how xTW works.
If the map was reset properly there is no way to determine which guilds would hold which lands, and therefore be subject to attacks by other guilds.
Also it has been said that some of the top guilds did not have many strong opponents or had to face multiple defenses per week (like some of the others) which also would change points and ranking.

There are far too many unknowns to say verifiably that the top 3 guilds would have remained so if the maps and standings were reset. I can say with 100% certainty that there was no guild on TT server that would have been able to defend 3x lands facing the strongest opponents.

Rankings didn't reset, therefore no new season started and no rewards at all should be given.

Just imagine a football season with a champion on the end and then the next season starts with all clubs keeping the points from the previous season....

To those who think that the winners should not receive their rewards:

You think that the HP charms, HP Pots, MP Charms, MP Pots,defense charms, ink dragon bloods, NW pots, PvP Pots (Ironguards, Chi Pots, Pan Gu Essence, etc.) and 4 months of battles they attended expending their resources should all go unrewarded?​​

Well seems like the start of new season is going a lot like this last one that half of people didnt think is actually a season since map/points didnt reset and no official announcement and just waited for new season to start xD
After maint xtw map/points/ranking arent reset and since the season is considered to be underway already (since its the same as previous now) and with no word of will it be reset or whats going on (other then some chinas dev forgot to wipe some data regarding it or when its gonna be fixed etc) we can already call this next season a fail. xD

I mean really this isnt even funny anymore .
xNW was fun regarding whatever people said it was a good oportunity for servers to fight and provided some nice cross server pk BUT IT WAS NUKED.
And from what i see a lot of people stopped going to normal nw's simply because there is a huge lack of people and competition is really bad with good squads having no1 to fight.

Tourny and xTourny which we are waiting for a while already , no official word on it and if the russians made it work and have it whats the problem with ours , why arent we getting it , no any official info on it (dont tell me its being saved as a big update for aniversary or smtn xD) and the event will really give us some nice pvp with the rewards worth fighting for and that are needed by everyone.

TW , well tw is tw since map reset etc there wont be any good fights for major factions for minimum 1 month.

xTW with no map/points/ranking reset it makes it unfair to majority of the factions coming in new 'season' and lets not talk about obvious problems the event has in our version that people already mentioned (and also would be really good if factions could see who they fight a day earlier like on friday when we see if bids go through). Also no reward chests were sent out from the system for last weeks xTW's.

So imo in the next 4-6 weeks there will be nothing fun or interesting to do in this game other then same old pirate king , UP , jfsp, house dailies and chatting with your friends , any other competitive and rewarding things are seems like 4-6 weeks away.

@orinj Would be really nice if we would get some info from you on how things are going and whats the plan with all the events.

I have to admet it is right...
That post is open since almost 5 days now, I know it's hard to resolve the problem with xtw reset due of it's glitch when you do it, but we are waiting since 5 month to a xTourny, and we still don't know if we will get xTws rewards or if we can just stop to go spend our charm to have dragon coin only

Would be nice to get our reward, to reset that xTw things even if we have to wait 1 more week to go in it again, just want it to work...
