Just curious, do they take your tickets more seriously as a community moderator compared to when you were a player or is it the same treatment as the rest of us?​​

Nope. They don't pay attention to the fact we're mods. They most likely don't know, and in many cases, wouldn't care if we were. remember, support staff is 25 people supporting 21 games 24/7. And that's not 25 per game, that's 25 total.​​
