what about making a 2nd type of code one that lets you redeem multiple times on an accnt but only 1 time on a character?

send out accnt stashable things and event gold and whatnot through normal code, but ones with hs items or cards or something that binds to the character use the 2nd type of code.

i know i keep my sin archer dusk and bm (cause of aps tome) on same accnt and always gotta choose which can get a reward, same with the accnt with cleric wiz storm psy on it. would be nice if they all got a little love.

would mean sending out 2 codes if you wanted to do like your planning for january(hs items + event gold) but i mean you can just send 1 then the next in 2 weeks,
everyone gets what you planned initially and get to feel like they got a 2nd code

@heero200 CN has been busy wrapping up stuff before their break for New Years, so I'm not sure when I'll hear back on this. I'll shoot a ping over to see what they think and/or if we can include them in the family of blessings we give to players.

@updownleftrighty Not entirely sure if that's possible to do with our tools, but I'll take a look. I think the only time we allowed multi redeems on an account (Invitation Scrolls) it got killed incredibly fast. Will have to poke around in it to see what exactly I can set! It might end up being smaller quantity of item types though on a multi redeem code.

Hello, I would like to thank you for your efforts on the forum and ingame.
I have seen you on the Etherblade server several times.
We all appreciate codes.

Just a note that war avatar A chests are always welcome.
Perhaps there is a way to query the player base to see the proportion that have completed 5 or 6 card A sets.
Avatar cards have been out for a while now and a nice set to work on leveling would be great!
I do not run dfsp or jfsp everyday, and as updownleftrighty mentioned, alts don't get as much love so I am sure most the player base would appreciate a greater infusion of A cards.

@kalystconquerer#0876 a quick suggestion for which may help arc.

What about a set of codes or code that let's you choose an item.

So say you have a set of 4 codes you can only redeem one.

1 event gold
2 homestead box
3 war Avatar
4 primal box

That way the user gets what they need or most want and a range of gifts so it's not overdoing it...

Same as single use codes be careful but could work.

Might have to ask engineering on this one, since our tool has some limitations. I myself have no problem generating some codes for the playerbase or trying to do things like login rewards (if they're safe to do now and won't cause problems ha!).

Also, again sorry about the delays in getting a response for the +30 def level blessing, CN's been super busy as of late.

Hey kalystconquerer, whatever happened to them lovely login stuff? like where if you log in for day1,2 and so on? why did they stop doing them and will we see them in the future.

Don't get me wrong i like the codes but being able to log in alts and get them cards incase you ever wanted to play them is pretty cool, so you didn't have to worry about what toon you had to put it on or codes not working. But would be pretty cool if we could do a login once a month for 6 A chest like when the game came out. I truely hate the check in button and why can't we simplify this into you log in it checks you in and gives you the item? i know this is long and sorry totally game if you guys need help to make the game better and i know your tied by China.

@thedoc1212 This is actually something I'm working on now! I'm hoping to get a log in promo running here very soon! There was some issues that have happened with log in promos in the past and sometimes the items advertised were swapped out last minute. Also server merges had messed with some of them too, if memory serves me. But I'm hoping future one will no longer be plagued by those issues.

As far as changing the actual in-game log in system, that's all coded by CN, so would take time to do. But log in promos we could definitely do!

This reminds me of the anniversary log in promo. Are they still working on getting us the stuff from that? If so, it would be nice if we can get that stuff before a new one starts so there's less chance of things getting mixed up or have it forgotten all together. @yoda3160 The items that were not working before do work now - however our parrot fell off the whitelist again somehow. So I've asked them to put it back onto the list before getting all the anni items out in one go-it seems they might have missed my email so I'll shoot them a new one today.

Doing them in separate waves (one for all the rest of the items and then one for parrot) could get them all mixed up. Or, it might even end up that we just give them to everyone regardless of tiers since it's been so long... *coughs* So to keep this on topic - this will most likely be the next code that will go out for players that will contain these items that we've been working to fix!

Only Bad thing about codes, some/alot of us players log more than 1 char on the same account to get the reward. Code will only allow 1 per account and all other chars is *** outta luck. But i wdo appreciate you keeping up on it

Glad to hear they are still working on that. I remembered there was a news post shortly after they realized there was going to be a problem that said that everyone would get the items without the restrictions of the login promo. Had to look it up, it was on September 28. So hopefully it does ignore the tiers, atleast for the level requirements. Although I could understand if some stuff in the package required specific levels or rb levels in order to use, kinda like with the dreamweaver pack that had a chain of stuff that could only be used after you reached the level required to open it or some other items we had received in the past that had level requirements attached to the specific item. Meaning everyone would get all the items but stuff like the mount or some of the fashion, for example, would be locked in a box till you hit the specific level/rb level that was originally needed to get it during the event.

I have 10 female toons on 1 account, and most have only 1 change of fash. When I saw the original news post I read the notes and Ill quote.

'Your character level will be queried at the end of the Login Promo, so if you manage to hit a new level or awakening threshold while the promo is running, your highest level/awakening level will be taken into account.'

I took this to mean that each participating character would get fashion. Silly me. Wasted 9 hours a day for 20 days making sure all my characters on my main account got their hour online.

I suppose I could use account stash and swap the fash between characters, but stash tends to be full always, anyway.

Would be nice to get the free fash on ALL my girls, but that will probably never happen.

I knew I was forgetting one when I drafted it today, ooff! I think I'll have to split that one off into a new code at a later time - good catch!

I'm lucky I'm able to get this second code in for the month, though honestly the items were long overdue. Since we had made a change on the fashion set to be a bundle instead (done before we had the fix for whitelist items), allowing an "unlimited redeem" code would raise numerous flags and have a pull done on what promo we were running. Since this was all thrown under the Anniversary banner and we had asked CN specifically to provide item sets that would be ok to send to players, I doubt a pull would be done but I did throw in the limit anyways just in case they asked. It can definitely be an inconvenience, but expanding it to have all the items hopefully makes up for this (and also this makes it so I can continue to provide codes for you guys consistently).

Also this is your LAST DAY to redeem the New Year's Code, so please do so before it expires!

Divas everywhere complaining about free stuff. Logging dozens of characters was a personal choice. All this fuzz for pixel fashion. Get a life. (They really want extra dyes from destroying the fash.)
