Classes and Balance
  • General
    • Dread Ring: Rampaging Madness: Now correctly only gains stacks once per second.
  • Great Weapon Fighter
    • Unstoppable: Now grants 15~30% DR when activated (up from 10~20%).
  • Control Wizard
    • Assailing Force: This feat can now trigger on any outgoing damage (instead of only on Encounter powers).
    • Assailing Force: This feat is now properly unresistable.
    • Assailing Force: This feat now benefits from your damage bonuses. It is classified as Arcane damage for purposes of calculating bonuses.
    • Assailing Force: This feat now deals 15% of a target's HP or 800% of your weapon damage, whichever is less (up from 10% and 500% respectively).
    • Elemental Empowerment: Warped Magics and Creeping Frost now benefit from your damage bonuses. They are classified as Arcane and Cold damage respectively for the purposes of calculating bonuses.
    • Elemental Empowerment: Warped Magics and Creeping Frost now tick every 2 seconds (down from every 3 seconds) and last 12 seconds (down from 18 seconds).
    • Fanning the Flame: This power should now correctly benefit from PVP set bonuses.
    • Orb of Imposition: Ranking this class feature up now grants 25% longer control durations.
    • Orb of Imposition: This class feature now works as expected and increases control durations by 25%.
    • Shatter Strike: This feat now benefits from your damage bonuses. It is classified as Cold damage for purposes of calculating bonuses.
    • Shatter Strike: This feat now stuns players for 2.5 seconds base (up from 1 second).
    • Shield: Shield will now diminish to 50% effectiveness while fully Destabilized at Rank 1. Each additional Rank will reduce the total amount of Destabilization your Shield can suffer. Grants 5% Control Resist per rank while slotted in spell mastery.
  • Guardian Fighter
    • Aggravating Strike: This power now only build AP once, rather than for each target hit.
    • Anvil of Doom: Base damage increased by ~20%.
    • Anvil of Doom: Bonus damage is now dealt to targets below 40% HP (up from 25%).
    • Anvil of Doom: Now activates ~15% faster.
    • Block: Now correctly absorbs the listed amount of damage. Additionally, the Combat Log will report the amount of damage absorbed in each hit.
    • Block: The Block UI should no longer randomly appear broken when fighting.
    • Block: Move speed while blocking now correctly sets you to 85% move speed (down from 100% move speed). This is an increase from the 50% move speed penalty applied by old block.
    • Crushing Surge: Damage and Healing from this power have been increased by roughly 66%.
    • Frontline Surge: Now correctly benefits from Pin Down and Reinforced Surge in PVP.
    • Griffon's Wrath: Now activates ~15% faster.
    • Griffon's Wrath: Now stuns targets for 1.5 seconds (up from .75).
    • Guarded Assault: Now properly reflects damage from secondary sources such as Shard of the Eternal Avalanche and Daunting Light.
    • Guarded Assault: This class feature now reflects 5% of incoming damage per rank (up from 1%). This effect is still only active while blocking. It does now apply Iron Guard correctly.
    • Into the Fray: Into the Fray now also increases the damage of affected players by 50% of the Guardian Fighter's base Damage Resistance.
    • Into the Fray: Ranking this power up now also grants +25% of your DR as damage bonus.
    • Iron Guard: Now stacks 4 times, reducing enemy damage by 5% per stack (Maximum reduction of 20%, up from 10%).
    • Knee Breaker: Base duration increased to 8 seconds (up from 6 seconds).
    • Knee Breaker: Now activates ~15% faster.
    • Knee Breaker: Rank up bonus increased to +2 seconds (up from +1 second).
    • Knight's Challenge: This power can now be toggled off if the Guardian Figther presses the button again. You must wait 1 second after activating the power to do this.
    • Knight's Challenge: This power should no longer be cancelled accidentally when casting powers rapidly.
    • Knight's Valor: Base cooldown reduced to 10 seconds (down from 12).
    • Knight's Valor: Damage from Knight's Valor can be properly reflected by Guarded Assault again. These reflections can also apply Iron Guard.
    • Knight's Valor: Ranking the power up no longer increases the duration of Knight's Valor. Additional ranks in the power reduce the damage you take from intercepted damage. Allies still transfer 50% damage regardless of rank.
    • Knight's Valor: This power no longer has a maximum duration. Once it is toggled on it must be manually toggled off. While in combat it will generate AP only while in combat and will generate every 10 seconds while in combat.
    • Martial Mastery: This feat now generates AP for allies within 50' any time you take damage. You no longer have to not be blocking for this effect to work."
    • Supremacy of Steel: Now properly reflects damage from secondary sources such as Shard of the Eternal Avalanche and Daunting Light.
  • Hunter Ranger
    • Aspect of the Lone Wolf: *REWORK* Gain 2% bonus deflect chance for each enemy within 15' of you. Maximum bonus 10%. Ranking this class feature up increases the radius of the effect by 5'."
    • Aspect of the Lone Wolf: Now also grants 5% deflect chance per rank at all times in addition to 2% per nearby foe.
    • Blade Hurricane: Flurry strikes can now properly activate Piercing Blade.
    • Blade Hurricane: Your Flurry empowered at wills now strike 2 additional times at 100% bonus damage (up from 5% bonus damage).
    • Piercing Blade: Now deals an additional 8/16/24/32/40% damage as Piercing Damage (up from 4/8/12/16/20)
    • Fluid Hunter: Now grants .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 Deflect Chance (instead of 1/2/3/4/5% Deflect Rating)."
    • Thorn Ward: Only 1 Thorn Ward may be active at a time. Casting the power again will replace the currently active Thorn Ward.
  • Scourge Warlock
    • Accursed Souls: Can now correctly benefit from damage increases and Critical Hits. No longer incorrectly ignores damage resistance.
    • Creeping Death: This feat now deals 100% of your Necrotic damage (up from 25%).
    • Dreadtheft: This power can now be toggled off early by pressing the button again.
    • Eldritch Momentum: This feat now correctly activates when you take damage.
    • Gates of Hell now properly gives more Action Points per rank.
    • Gates of Hell: Now properly Executes players in PVP when it downs them.
    • Hope Stealer: This feat now correctly activates when you land a critical hit. It lasts 4 seconds. Tooltip has been updated to be more clear.
    • No Pity, No Mercy: Base duration increased to 2 seconds (up from .5s).
    • Pillar of Power: The damage from this power now properly benefits from curses on your targets.
    • Soul Bonding: This feat now heals allies for 200% of your Life Steal value (down from 300%).
    • Soul Puppet: Soul Puppets now have 80% damage resistance and 25000 Hit Points.
    • Soul Puppet: Your Soul Puppet should no longer get stranded behind doors permanently.
    • Tyrannical Threat: This power should no longer trigger infinite loops with some weapon enchants.
    • Wraith's Shadow: Now correctly deals bonus damage on the final tick.
    • Wraith's Shadow: The damage debuff applied by this power can no longer be resisted.
  • Trickster Rogue
    • Wicked Remind: This power now properly has a maximum target cap of 5. This power now only generates AP one time, rather than for each target hit.

Content and Environment
  • In all PvP Domination maps, entering the enemy respawn area now causes instant death.
  • The new Tyrrany of Dragons campaign content has received several updates including an improved day one experience and content unlocking progression. Please see the Emissaries in the Temple of Tyr near the Rewards Claim Agent for introduction quests.
  • The Lair of Lostmauth Dungeons for both Epic and Normal difficulties are available for playtesting.
  • The Shores of Tuern Skirmishes for both Epic and Normal difficulties are available for playtesting.

Enemies
  • Dwarven Bolters' and Warriors' attacks now respect Guardian Fighters' Blocking and being CC immune.
  • The amount of Experience gained from defeating an Enemy while in a party has been increased.

Items and Economy
  • Dye Packs and Dye Bottles now all stack to 100.
  • Many new and updated Warlock items including Artificing weapons, updated geometry and costumes for quest rewards.
  • Potion of Rejuvenation: These potions can no longer be used while affected by healing depression.
  • Professions: There are new "Emperor's" Uncommon Shirt and Pant items for all classes. They are invisible to the naked eye and come with a Free Appearance Change to transmute onto any existing Shirts and Pants. They require Level 18 of the respective profession, 25,000 Astral Diamonds, a Dragon Egg and Ornate Pants or Shirt as appropriate.
  • Professions: Warlock versions of equipment are now available to be crafted for Leatherworking and Artificing.
  • There is a new Race Change Token available in the Zen Market and at the Character Selection Screen. Polymorph yourself to change Race, Ability Score choices, Appearance and Character Name. This is currently free on the Preview server for testing purposes.
  • War Dog companion can no longer be accidentally sold to a vendor.

Known Issues

    This is currently scheduled to be pushed to Preview at 6pm PST today. I will update if there are any delays.

    Server is unlocked!

    Known Issues:

    Im sorry, As someone who likes to min max and already had a geared out Character and does not have the time nor inclination to re level each time something changes. This is a brilliant addition to the Zen Store.

    Yes, yes it will. I will have the item updated to reflect that note as well. It does everything the character creation process does with the exception of Class, Diety and Origin selections.

    Oh come on you can't destroy rampaging madness like that, at least make it last 20-30 seconds.

    I don't want to make my character look like a badly formed action figure. I just want to fix a bad choice or two I made rolling my chars in beta.

    +1 for this, plze let us keep our old appearance, for example my main toon is a halfling, and to be honest I hate the new male halfling appearance and would love to keep the current one I have(old one).

    Your appearance will be preserved if you choose the same race, there will be your appearance preset that is selected by default (fix isnt in this build yet).

    It even shows your current armor the whole time instead of the basic armor first level characters start with.

    Wait.. the invisible shirts and pants require both a dragon egg AND 25K ADs, and even then, they don't have any stats of their own? That seems a little pricey. Either give them fantastic stats for that price OR drop the cost by a significant amount.
