    March of the Halflings

We'll have to see if Morgan Freeman is available to narrate this. Soon to be at an Imax near you!

For the TR: Wicked Reminder? Really? Maybe its because I was able to take out entire groups of Mobs with that one skill and had AP for days because of it. But to hold true to form, what would a new module or patch be without something happening to the TR. I just don't get it. Unless there are plans in the works for the class........One can hope.

Is no one else chuckling at the fact that the new "Emperor" clothes are invisible?

    The Emperor's New Clothes

When I'm seriously considering deleting the game, they see it as a good and creative joke.

    ok, I'll wait, I'll wait.

    please fix the elven battle
and make the sigils refinable , either make them refinable at a certain level, or make them give less refinement points as they do on preview shard...

      • Assailing Force: This feat can now trigger on any outgoing damage (instead of only on Encounter powers).
      • Assailing Force: This feat is now properly unresistable.
      • Assailing Force: This feat now benefits from your damage bonuses. It is classified as Arcane damage for purposes of calculating bonuses.
      • Assailing Force: This feat now deals 15% of a target's HP or 800% of your weapon damage, whichever is less (up from 10% and 500% respectively).
      • Elemental Empowerment: Warped Magics and Creeping Frost now benefit from your damage bonuses. They are classified as Arcane and Cold damage respectively for the purposes of calculating bonuses.
      • Elemental Empowerment: Warped Magics and Creeping Frost now tick every 2 seconds (down from every 3 seconds) and last 12 seconds (down from 18 seconds).

Very good work on Assailing Force, but what happened to elemental empowerment? Didn't Crush say the damage was being increased to 100% weapon damage for Warped Magics and 170% weapon damage for Creeping Frost? Why did that not make it in this patch if the assailing force fixes did?

Do you have any idea how much HP your enemies can have? We're looking at boss monsters; 800% for most classes is only about 4000, but bosses have multiple millions of HP.

Does Assailing force have a cool down? 4000 un-resistible on a short cool down would be pretty nice in pvp

This boost is meant for pve. Assailing force did 2% damage which is very low compared to the pre-nerf 15% mitigation and a capstone feat.

In pvp well maybe not 3 cws will be on the first 5 pages of leaderboard but ...well 6 or 9...?

And this is why having a separate effect for pvp and pve in a similar way to GW1 could probably be a lot easier to balance , it's a capstone feat ,it needs to be powerful and the pve portion of the game cannot be balanced around what is good for 1v1 pvp .

80% of a T2 weapon damage is like 600dmg. 800% is still less than 6000 (5500 or so on average).

A simple solution would to convert the feat into an aoe instead of single target. It still would be imbalanced in pvp though, just not as much. But a feat that procs off anything and ignore dr cant have been the original intention. Basically a cw doesnt even have to attack in some situations for the feat to proc.

It is a transmute item to make epic pants and shirt not visible , there are some really nice armor sets but a lot of players don't like the pants and shirt showing underneath , it is something players have been asking for since at least open beta .

    @ Panderus

Hi there I wanted to ask a question in relation to whats coming up in Module 4

IS there any plans/Requests to allow a Tree Design for the classes for neverwinter, to allow you to change feets when ever so you can keep a DPS set and Tanking, DPS/Control, DPS/Healing or possible to reduce Cost to allow changes to be made more often,

Possible Some kind of Zen Item maybe ? (just thought of this as new race token)

Race Token is 300 Zen so maybe 1500 Zen for a 180 day Unlimited Respecs on Feets**

** wouldnt need on powers as most people have 8-12 points from leveling Post 60

I think you mean some sort of dual spec feature where you can switch between two (or more) feat and power loadouts, correct? This is something we would like to do, but have not yet had the bandwidth to address. Star Trek has some of these features we can get a little bit of a head start on.

I know I would love to be able to quickly and easily switch between PvE and PvP specs.

Again, we would totally love to do it when we find a good time to implement this feature.

Hi Panderus , I'm sorry this is totally off topic but please can you look at these two threads I will link you by any chance (sorry they are rather negative) , the gist is the extremely bad drop rate for companions in the CTA events . For instance this time I ran the event around 70 to 80 times and didn't get a companions and the previous two CTA's I ran both over 100 times and didn't get a companion and this is widespread and it is just ruining the CTA events for a large portion of players .

Please could you consider adding a Bound version of the companion for future CTA's to the CTA vendor that we can buy for medallions , it would give us something to aim for if RNG isn't playing nice , events should leave players feeling happy , at the moment CTA's just leave us frustrated , annoyed and let down.

More importantly we should at least be able to switch between two or more power profiles, switching entire specs would be neat sure but as it stands right now, having to drag five powers from the character sheet to the hotbar every time we transcend between pvp / pve / boss fights etc, is a major annoyance. Especially since you usually forget to switch out one of the powers and then find out at the least convenient moment.

And the power tree format doesn't make it any easier either. Having to scroll like five heights down the tree makes no sense when I'm done speccing my powers, for the sole purpose of slotting them we should be able to display them in a lot more convenient and accessible fashion (in other words, all in one place).

One other thing that needs to be tweaked a bit is the IWD HE rewards... I solo'd prospector's attack with 6 mins left, and only got a blue crafting mat and 180 black ice... couple BI enchants rank4-5 from the mobs... I thought the idea was that being #1 in the local event scoreboard so to speak would yield better rewards than you can get by showing up and killing maybe one giant while the zerg runs around in circles.

    Items and Economy
    • Dye Packs and Dye Bottles now all stack to 100.
    • Professions: Warlock versions of equipment are now available to be crafted for Leatherworking and Artificing.
    • There is a new Race Change Token available in the Zen Market and at the Character Selection Screen. Polymorph yourself to change Race, Ability Score choices, Appearance and Character Name. This is currently free on the Preview server for testing purposes.

    [/LIST]

    * Dyes stacking to 100 will be a nice thing... now if Concoctions, Onyx and Sigils and other bounty items stacked to 999 it would be nice.

    * Well now it looks like I'll never see Mithril Leatherworking tools with Warlock being added to the mix :(

    * Ouch... 300 zen to just to re-roll initial abilities

... ability re-roll should be in the Respec Token, as it would seem as powers/feats/boons get nerfed...I mean reworked... one may more inclined to re-roll abilities rather change their race or appearance.
Been looking forward to upgrading my Perfect Sarcasm font, but due to recent changes it seems I will need to grind the Nine Hells for my Pure Sarcasm font... ironic isn't it?

I like the invisible pants shirt, but the cost... I need a dragon egg (going for about 75k yesterday) and 25k ad and the base pants shirts... is this any pant or shirt? Chances are if you want this on your purple sloted, then you need 1-3 dragon eggs (that 60% chance feels much less but maybe it averages out ) or can i take a base shirt as my item to make the invisible transmute? Then it is not as outrageous... and these are probably bop ....

I hope i am wrong, but if you need the purple shirt and the dragon egg - you are looking at almost 300k to do this.

Edit : D' oh - required ornate pants shirt... still time to buy them dragon eggs...

Does Plague Fire Enchantment now do a multiple stack?

I've noticed that 2 or 3 different Plague Fire or also 2 similar Plague Fire stack up to 6 times (for 2) and 9 times (for 3).
