Caverns of Karrundax: Adjusted collision around the environment near the Hand of Magera.
Heroic Encounter Major and Epic scoring for has been updated:
The chance to get an epic item from a Heroic Success has been slightly lowered.
The participation requirement to get the Heroic Success participation level of rewards has been lowered.
Healing and damage taken participation scoring values has been greatly increased.
The overall effect should be that it is easier to qualify and receive the best rewards for all classes, but especially for tanking and healing roles.
Heroic Encounter: Black Ice Domination: Resolved an issue that would cause the golem activation statues to not be usable.
Heroic Encounter: Black Ice Domination: This Heroic Encounter should now always be in sync with the domination portion of this event and not get stuck.
Heroic Encounter: Black Ice Motherload (PvP and PvE): Resolved an issue that could cause the quest be get stuck below 100% with no more Black Ice to mine.
Plague Tower: Fixed statues that rotated around the wrong axis.
Sleeping Dragon Bridge Tutorial: This quest is now completed upon entering Protectors Enclave to prevent rare instances where this quest could previously become impossible to complete.
Sleeping Dragon Bridge: Fixed the siege tower door rotating around the wrong axis.
Kessell's Retreat: Players should no longer be removed from the Kessell's Retreat queue when they die.
Kessel's Retreat: Resolved a floating point accuracy issue with not being able to have exactly 20% Black Ice Resistance to be able to queue for this instance.
Kessel's Retreat: Slightly lowered the drop rate of the Black Ice Beholder Artifact from Kessel.
Classes and Balance
General
Black Ice Resistance should immediately recalulate without the need to change maps first when gear is changed.
In Level Adjusting Events, such as Call to Arms Events, players level 35 and below have had their damage increased. This increase is very small at level 35, but much larger at lower levels.
Great Weapon Fighter
Destroyer Class Feature: This class feature no long incorrectly applies each stack of its damage bonus multiplicatively. It now correctly adds its damage bonus per stack. This class feature still applies its total damage bonus multiplicatively.
Destroyer's Purpose Feat: This feat now properly gives +2% damage per stack of Destroyer's Purpose rather than *2% damage per stack.
Items and Economy
Barkshield Enchantment: The buff from this power now correctly has an icon.
Black Ice Beholder Artifact: This is now correctly labeled as a Stability artifact.
Corrupt and Purified Black Ice equipment can now be salvaged for Raw Black Ice.
Icewind Healing Elixirs now drop from enemies in Icewind Dale.
Identification Scrolls now drop from enemies higher than level 60.
Star Metal Gauntlet: This item is no longer unique. Players may now carry as many as they like.
The Fey Blessing enchantment has been updated so that it will generate enchantments from monsters whose level is greater than 60.
User Interface
Auction House: There is now a spending cap on how much can be spent in the Auction Hall per day on accounts with no level 60 characters. Normative play and purchasing activities should not experience any issues.
Scoreboards: Resolved an issue that could list more participants than have actually participated in the currently displayed instance of that event.
Performance and Stability
Reduced the network load for client and server relating to extraneous loot drop information being sent around. This will also help with loot, enemies and players dropping out as well.

Please, fix the Dragonslayer boots visual. You just nerfed my GWF (again) at least make it look cute if I'm not going to be able to outdps a CW now. ;(
Some nice bits and pieces in there , is the entry requirement of Kessells retreat being looked at by any chance? it currently says you need 20% resistance ( 2 pieces of gear with 10% each ) but wearing the 2 pieces will not allow entry.

Nice changes
On the damage taken - if damage is not dealt (Guard, Steel Defense, Impossible to Catch, Prophetic Action, Avalanche of Steel) due to player having blocked or being immune to damaging effects, will this increment the damage taken for purposes of Heroic Encounter participation calculations?
Guardian Fighters in particular would likely save Guard uses for heavy hitting attacks, which as a result would not end up causing them to receive any damage.
Also, any chance that Damage that ignores Resistance could please not ignore immunity? For example Black Ice damage (as well as Master of Combat and Shocking Execution) will ignore damage immunity (other than Guard, Avalanche of Steel and Prophetic Action, which count as Block)

Somewhat related to Collision fixes - Area outside the gate to Karrundax' arena and the pillars around the Door pre-final campfire + arena gate of Azharzel could use some "collision" fixes as well. For the latter, there were some fixes, but not sufficient to stop "problems"
Also some issues in Temple of the Spider in terms of wall collision just after the first campfire and again just before the chamber with the Chest (that has the side dungeon key).
Mr Panderus, i don't know if you are aware of that : in icewind dale, sometime cw can't push the shard of endless avalanche.
Oh and minor glitch : the tooltip (under the portrait of the character - top left) of the angel of protection (level 30 protective ward) is wrong, it indicate 3% of damage reduction instead of 5% (i play in french).
But the most important : thanks for all to you and your team.

Ahaa I doubt it'll affect me , I don't use the AH often enough , I only wanted to know incase in future anybody asks on the forum about it we could let them know but I'll just say there's a cap on the amount accounts with non capped character can spend .

still no fix to GWF Swordmaster skill Flourish, since mod 2 this skill doesnt benefit from Armor Penetration.
A lot of the Armor Penetration issues are being worked on now for a tentative release for our next module. The current implementation of the fix should resolve it not working for all classes and powers. It's a fairly complicated solution so it will not likley be made for M3 at all.

I think you have to take the net effect. (ie. The patch notes were too specific about what they did. Probably should have left out the part about lowering the overall because it just causes us all to get riled up.

I really appreciate the Fey Blessings fix - having an 8% chance and getting no regular enchant drops drops at all was becoming a bit frustrating.
The change to make it easier for DCs to get the cauntlets will certainly be appreciated by many - I had gotten my gauntlets and mainhand once I stopped buffing and just focused on DPS and healing, but I know that many other of my class (DC) were quite frustrated.

Nice one. But still no love for Tymora's Lucky Enchantment? I mean 100 Hidden Pouches only net you 1 Peridot, 5 White Pearls, and 6 gold is sad.

The only reason some of us want is is for the Design skin to be honest but still all this work and nothing to show for it...

No. They've reduced the drop chance slightly but INCREASED the chance you will qualify for an epic drop at all. The net effect should be to make it EASIER to get the epic items, not harder.
