Items and Economy
Flasks of Heroism now properly appear in the Sharandar Store after the Moonlight Gate Key is used to open Realm of Malabog in Sharandar.
Control Wizard High Vizer set: The 4 set bonus of this set will no longer continually stacking to unexpected amounts from multiple Control Wizards. It now only stacks up to 3 instances of the buff.
Will any of these be fixed soon or are they fixed in this patch without making the notes?

Regarding the tranquil boon/enchant and righteousness - i suppose it could be intended depending how you look at it, but making enchantments have their effect reduced due to a class feature when it costs the same for every class (slot, cash) seems odd, especially with the 1 minute cooldown.
For Yshiggol, only to clarify that the DD chest there is working just fine, it is only the prop (elder brain shard) that is spawned to be killed to gain the boss loot that sometimes does not spawn. I imagine the prop exists in the first place because the boss resides in an inaccessible area and thus loot couldn't be picked up if it spawned where it died, similar to Spellplague (but the shard is working there)

sunsfire2004, both issues you list already had PW developer responses saying they are looking into it, while the issues I mentioned didn't. Things being looked into is all you can ask really as past that, it comes down to priorities and time vs effort on fixing them. No need to bump them if they have been acknowledged.

dev said he was looking into it 30+ days ago and 0 info not even confirmed as issue in fact last week gm ticked me saying it was unknown issue and I should make bug report after I had all ready ages ago so still unknown issue to them.
Thanks to nwnghost and Panderus for an excellent example of player/producer interaction. This is the way bug reporting should be. Hopefully this kind of responsible reporting and reply can be encouraged.

panderus any word on a fix to armor penetration regarding most of the damage abilities on a DC?...
also repourpose soul proccing off of most of those same abilities....Daunting Light...Diving Glow...Hammer...Searing...chains..?

I want to echo the sentiments thanking Panderus for actively communicating on the status of bugs here. I love the game, but am extremely frustrated not so much by the bugs themselves, but by the almost complete lack of communication about the bugs.
Please make this type of communication standard practice.

The Dwarf King Crypt is most definitely bugged. If I do GG and win I will typically do Fardelver once before Dwarf King just to get the daily done.

I am especially looking forward to you guys re-evaluating the DD Event and chests. I like the current system much better than the last but dungeon rewards are in a need of changes IMO. Great to see you guys agree at least in some ways.

you've been an awesome middle man between the players and the rest of the devs...just want to thank you for always responding to our concerns..yes...2 things..armor penetration not working on listed abilities....i have reached a armor pen of 2.5k and i do same dmg as zero armor pen with those abilities......also.. repourpose soul is not working at all with those abilities....oooh..and while i have you here...one thing to mention....the DC Heroic feat Templars Domain has a hidden 5 minute cooldown...which is not anywhere on the tooltip; if this was fixed a PVE dps cleric do some SERIOUS dmg...but anyways .... here is one of the original posts regarding these issues panderus....thanks again.... http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?473031-Chains-can-crit-ArmorPen-and-Repurpose-Soul-broken-Help-me-test
So, is the HV set limited to three stacks per player with HV equipped or three stacks total?

Three stacks total if I read the information correctly.
I would assume each wizard would get their own increase buff but each mob would only be negatively effected by three stacks of the debuff.
At least that's how I would set it up.

"The rules of Neverwinter do not apply here in the Fey Wild." Pretty sure I'm not getting that quote exactly correct, but it begs the question.
Why are we trading Formoian Concotions for Seals of the Unicorn, when that is a Neverwinter item and not a Feywild item? Would it not make more sense to trade them for Seals of the Dark Fey? And unless it's updated, we can't use our Ardent coins to change into Seals of the Darkfey either, but we can use them even for seals of the drake?

GWF does not need a buff. Several GWFs in my guild know the character well and always out-DPS any TR. On top of that, they buff/debuff in ways a TR cannot.

Panderus I have a concern about the TR and the enchants. The enchants on weapon and chest seem to show while in stealth is there going to be a possible fix to this soon?

Only you can see them on yourself. Like, if you're in PvP with another TR, you won't see theirs while they are stealthed.
I hope that it has been brought to the attention of the patch team that when trying to Join PvP a high number of people, Including myself crash at the loading screen about half way through. The game client is still running as a process but there is no active screen. A searches fails to find any fix for this issue. After closing the game client, rebooting system or just relaunching it then fails to load anything after the character screen. Is this a known fault and is it being addressed?

This is incorrect. It's difficult but you can spot a hiding TR by looking for the shadows of his soulforged or the sparkles of his vorpal.
