Im guardian and still cant log in? its after 9:00 AM...

    Same here. It appears to know I bought, but it says I can't play. Meanwhile my wife is logged in and hers was bought minutes after mine.

    Yep. I had missed that on initial purchase but got it taken care of a few minutes later after seeing it when I purchased for my wife.

    I tried the link, it indicated that my transaction was still pending (from yesterday afternoon). It also advises that if it takes longer than 30 minutes to contact CS; however, I cannot submit a ticket because that system appears to be down also.

    Huh. Works now. Maybe it needed a re-visit? I work in Technical Support, I swear I am not that silly. Still, looks like I am in! Thank you!

    My transaction says completed and i still cannot login

    i can load up the game but when i login at inside the game i get the message saying i cannot play

    well i opened a ticket for the support ... seems like my account is broken or whatever ...

    I bought the founder's pack earlier today and although I got a message immediately from Paypal saying the charge was succesful, I haven't received any notification from Perfect Worlds

    Hehee... it says its pending, however i have bought this a long time ago.
    Also got e-mail already saying: Play Neverwinter Right Now!

    Still says not allowed to play when i try to login... cool :P

    i wish it would say pending ... i get some ****ty:

    "Your Display/Forum Name (or “Handle”) does not exist or is already associated with an existing account. Please choose another Display Name, enter it in the field below and click “SUBMIT.”"

    and whatever i enter i get the same error:

    "Someone else has already registered that Display Name. Please choose a new one."

    also tried "asdlrgefld"

    well seems like its take already ..

    I also cannot get into game I bought guardian today account says it was successfully completed yet says I cannot play right now.

    Also when i go to my account i get this:

    Completed
    Your transaction was successfully completed.

    Yet if i follow the link provided in here, it says pending... *sigh*

    While I can't guarantee a response to your ticket within any particular frame, I can guarantee that we've got customer support working hard throughout the weekend, addressing as many tickets as possible. Hope to see you guys in game soon. :)

    doesnt change the fact that this site:

    is broken ^^ and to be true most of us bought the guardian/hero pack for the headstart :P if i cant play before wednesday due to problems on your side i feel ripped off =]

    I appreciate the assurance that your CS people are working over the weekend (I don't think anyone is surprised to hear that), except that the ticket system also appears to be down - so we can't reach them.

    Well, i suppose I should say, I can't reach them. Maybe it's just me having that issue.

    Your link says pending. When i purchased the pack yesterday i saw the **** go from pending to completed, got my email with trans id and everything, just no action in the launcher area..
