We are experiencing issues with our billing platform that are likely affecting players in the US and Canada. We are working with our provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    this sucks. game freezes up when I try to buy points. if you don't want my money that is ok. I will find a different game that will accept payments. this is just unacceptable.

    I will be leaving this game. unable to add zen at all, system locks up every time I try to add zen, if you all don't want my money that is fine. saves me money in the long run!!!
