Uprising Quest Timer

Greetings Adventurers!

A number of folks have brought up the wait time for additional content to be available to players. We wanted to clarify that the current timer showing ~4 days is quest specific, not for all Uprising content. Players will be able to pick up additional quest tomorrow. We apologize for any confusion!

I would have lost my job over something like this.

Are any of the devs held accountable for the huge mistakes that seem to plague this game?

I would have taken the head dev years ago and said if you cant find a way to get the mail system to work (ie multiple - mail delete or attachment buttons), then your out & we will get the next in line.

Sounds like you all need a strong manager type to clean house and get some fresh dev blood in there. The ones working at it now are looking a little sub-par.

    Thanks for the info.

Next time a warning in game that its not working would be a great heads up.
I sat there for hours after the quests were finished trying to find out info.

    Epic fail.

And I would have fired you very fast for prioritizing features that are not need or would be rarely used (how much mail does a player deal with?). Spend time implementing a feature telling people something is not working when that time could be spent fixing the problem? Epic project management fail.

This was a small thing asked for prior to any mod's. Just threw that one in there to show how the developers are. (ie it was something asked for from the start).

    It was an example.
I would prefer class balance over mail trust me...

I would also have preferred not having a new module that used last module dungeons.

Just ran WE in the frigging ME dungeons. Is that lazy?

Still in Undermountain, which is pretty much what we were to expect.
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

Cryptic need to take a step back and start fixing the bugs, overhaul their processes and really work on the QoL issues that plague the game.

Not suggesting this is priority, but cannot believe another MOD and still the auction rejects so many placings. freakin' bugs been around for ever and apparently the Cryptic don't give a HAMSTER.

Most of the problems with this games development can be traced directly to confirmation bias based on faulty data. This was evident in yesterday's stream when Foss talked about LOMM and it's success. They don't realize or acknowledge that the reason LOMM is so popular is that it is one of the few dungeons that are not bugged to the point of being unplayable and also has rewards that meet the time -vs- effort threshold.

We waste our time and breath even posting here because they refuse to admit there is a big problem. NOTHING will get done until they can do another bugtober, they are in whack-a-mole mode until then. It is not that they don't give a HAMSTER, it is that they can't. They just don't have the staff to both create new content and fix broken content.

Confirmation biases, minimal staff and dysfunctional leadership prevents progress and guarantees failure. Things will not change. One day the game will hit a critical threshold and people will be replaced and staff augmented or they just shut it down and write it off.
