We will be performing extended maintenance on February 7 which will impact all games including Neverwinter across all platforms. Due to this maintenance, there will be no Tuesday/Thursday maintenance next week.

Maintenance will begin at 5am PST and is expected to end by 2pm PST (When is this for you?)

We plan on holding giveaways throughout the day across our social media channels and forums so stay tuned!

    So how come the shard is down for maintenance??

    Because the shard goes down for maintenance almost every single Tuesday for consoles. It's routine maintenance. Has been for years.

    First message about extended maintenance was 2nd february. So "next week" refered to 5-11.02. 2018 and during this period there was extendend maintenance friday and there wasn't normal tuesday/thursday maintenance.

    Now we're two weeks after initial message so it doesn't hold anymore.. and thread should be closed by the way.
