I assume your seeing the issue similar to me that seem to start around June 22 2017? At that time I notice sometimes the GAME CLIENT will FREEZE before it sometimes sends a CRYPTIC ERROR handler alert to the effect of:
Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code: (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) while creating index buffer.
Reason: 0x887a0006 (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG)
I've never once seen this issue arise prior to June 22nd patch in 3+ years of playing. While many Graphic issues have been resolved or improving this one is quite annoying. I also notice this hang does not occur in Star Trek Online despite one would think they'd be using the same Direct3D (DirectX) 11 support drivers for both games...
Hope they resolve soon. My Elves are praying to Corellite more than ever so this is resolved quickly.
i'm gettin out of memory crashes while creating vertex buffer or while creating texture and crashes me every day since 5/2. its incredibly frustrating to put up with

As I mention in this thread, the "The Ascended" achievement is not working as expected, contrary to what the patch notes say.
It is sort-of working now (previously it was not working at all), in the sense that you can actually get the achivement, but the method you have to uuse is not "as expected".
Anyone else getting constant disconnects since the July 13 patch? I have had no issues with this until this recent patch. Getting random disconnects multiple times per day.....
Take the extra time to do the job right and it will never come back to bite you in the A**
This patch is a nightmare: I've had troubles logging in _ it can last two hours before I manage to enter the game, only to find my character half buried into the ground, unable to move and coming back to its point of departure after he has made a few steps. The launcher and intro screen are endless. The game is revoltingly unaccessable and unplayable now. I'm not spending a dime as long as it is not repaired.

Well this is a small consolation I guess. At least no one else will suffer from the same mistake I made with it.
