Void Locket - Temporary Removal

Hey everyone,

We've temporarily removed the Void Locket from the Zen Market due to issues with the Goat Companion and Dread Spinel. The item will return in the near future as we work to fix the issue.

    The primary problem that I can see with the Dread Spinel is that the single thing you might actually choose to refine with it doesn't actually exist....

    So, the issues are the Goat and the Dread Spinel, not the fact the tooltip said "lesser Dread enchantment", yet delivered "lesser Shadowclad"?

    Apparently your support are telling people contacting them to take a hike. You might want to touch base with them.

    The main problem is the error with the enchant.. i really bought the pack only for the enchant, and i got cheated!!!! i want my zen back, or the enchant!! this is terrible

    I agree.

    Support is pointing people to the patch notes and telling them that it is working as intended.

    Players shouldn't be required to memorize patch notes, and then assume that the patch notes are the above all correct thing when they conflict with the in game real money store tool tip. There are probably a large number of players out there that don't even read the patch notes.

    The players that bought the pack should be refunded their zen as the error caused a bait and switch situation.

    I just got this reply to my support ticket:
